iTire Pressure

The app tells me to run a pressure. I assume it is based on a 20mm tire. If you run larger tires the recommended pressures will be very high.

Does not know there are 27.5 tires AND not an app but a link to a web page. GET IT OUT!!!

Just bad, it is just an app that redirects to a website.

No tyre width selection

Essentially useless for road calculation, not tried the MTB calculator. Shame.

Food for thought albeit it could do with a little up date... adding the new graphene tyre range and adding a tyres size 23mm to 28mm

I like it, but why isn't there tire size options for road? This would be a big improvement.

As with the other reviews, it doesn't give you the option to select the tire size for road tires. No option for CX tires.

There is no option for wide mtb tyres like 2.4 2.5

Would be more useful if it figured in tyre/tire width I think. And why not list the products rather than the TPI? I might even buy them then....

Works out a good starting point if you put accurate info in. I'm off for a ride :)

Can't enter road bike tire width. Asks about your tire threads per inch which is only needed in computing MAXIMUM tire pressure which is already known.

The app doesn't do what it should. It tells me that I'm lost and directs me to a website. Uninstalling.

For mountain bike tires you can choose from a limited set of tire sizes. With road tires it doesn't let you pick a size, looks like it assumes 23 or 25c. Neither lets you enter your exact weight or weight distribution. Uninstalling immediately.

Does not match calculators online or in other apps. Use the Berto Tire Pressure App instead.

I've allways used to put my tyres up to 50 psi apparently thatcl was too high an I should be having them at 35-40... lets see if this makes things any better out on the track.

.... but doesn't work unfortunately. Will not calculate tyre pressure. Running a HTC sensation xe with ics. I'm sure you'll fix this then it could be great!

I would give it five stars, if there was a size selection for road. 700C x 23 is nice. Don't run that size.

This does exactly what I wanted. To tell me my ideal tire pressure. It would be nice if you didn't need to know the tpi of your tires though.

Does not provide figures always give 0 as presure

Was using this for my road bike. To gauge tire pressure is the following formula : type of casing + type of tire + weight of bike & rider + road conditions = correct tire pressure. But they forgot to add size of tire, so the whole thing is a crap shoot. I can do that without the app. A rider of a certain weight should be able to ride different sizes of tires at different tire pressures. I do like my new Open Corsa CXs..

I'm not certain that an experienced cyclist needs this tool, but a beginner might. Still, it was nice to get confirmation I was doing the "right" thing already on all my bikes. Shame others have found it doesn't work, worth a try though, nothing to lose...
