Too slow to even use....
Update 5/7/17. App does not work with Redmi Note 4. Wife and I got new phones 3months ago. Downloaded the Vitality app and it wasn't compatible. Now 3months later tried again and surprise, surprise the app is still not compatible. Obviously they don't care enough to fix this problem! Never using again, totally useless.
Did not work with android 6 or 7 phone
Incompatible on both my phones. HomTom and iNew.
The compatibility issue has been fixed in the latest update.
Pretty good
Pretty ordinary. Half the time doesn't work properly. When I go to buy movie tickets it doesn't open. When I actually want a boost juice I can't download my voucher. Ok for uploading data from my fitbit.
It shows my device is incompatible. Will this affect the AIA vitality rewards?

Device Incompatible with Samsung Note 3 so whats the use - Although Google recognizes it to be compatible with my device. What a Shame !

Let's me install it on my phone and then says incompatible when I open the app. Very disappointing.

Galaxy S5 is unsupported???
Doesn't seem to talk to samsung shealth. Cannot enter in info for activities that you don't wear a gadget for or don't carry your phone around during it. Not stated in description text that app is pretty must useless without an activity tracking gaget.
"your session has expired" after the. welcome screen then back to login page.

Device incompatible
It mostly shows what you need to know. It could be improved to show how you're perusing in challenges you've taken on. Also, better management of vouchers (hiding ones you've already used) would make things easier.
Why is my android phone incompatible with this app? Uninstalling!
I totally love this new app.. The performance has improved tremendously...UI is great..sync is seamless..dashboard looks amazing. I no longer have to sign in when the app redirects me to the website which is pretty cool. Quite sure all the other reviews here are for an older version...
Unable to login using v.1.0.245. Can login fine on internet using a browser. Same credentials, yet getting the same error: incorrect username or password.
On iOS, there are syncing issues re gym usage but it syncs well with the Health App. Active Benefits works well. On Android, syncing is better re gym usage but it does not seem to sync with Samsung Health. In additon, on Samsung, the Active Benefits does not appear to work when attempting to redeem vouchers which reduces the incentives it seeks to promote. On both, there are issues with registering documents ie flu vaccine. The app is good conceptually but the execution is lacking.
Continuous problems with active benefits vouchers. It wouldn't be an issue if this wasn't the only way to view and validate them. Had issues where it didn't recognise my vouchers (rectified on a reinstall) now active benefits vouchers will not load at all. In addition, the UI is not great - you can't keep track of the vouchers used.
Still a lemon. 'Device incompatible' on Moto G4 Android 7.0 EDIT: the developer has fixed the issue and the app works now. Deserves 3 stars as the voucher system is too cumbersome to use - the option to print it would be helpful. The old online system was much more user friendly.
Tried to add my fitness device (fitbit) into the app. Did not work. Please fix this problem
Won't sync with my Garmin results accurately. My active benefits are never up to date even though I sync my device to my phone daily
The application still sucks and the new rewards setup leaves a sour taste. I get the idea AIA is trying to make claiming rewards so cumbersome that people just give up on it.
Its an ok app. Doesn't do very much and to be honest not necessary except for the active benefits as it's the only way to do this but for the last few days I can't access active benefits. Tried clearing cache and data but just spins and then errors. The time I've wasted isn't worth the $5 woolies voucher.
The new app is really poor. Healthy rewards vouchers dont work. App is slow. Doesnt link with moves to track steps. Just really bad allround
App makes it hard to keep track which vouchers have been used. Have to try to remember each time at the shops.
This app is very slow. I tried linking my fitbit to it and after many tries I finally linked it. When I tried syncing my data to it, it wouldn't work... please fix this. And please make the app faster
Not sure how long the sync delay and myriad of errors will last for. It's getting a little frustrating when half the app isn't working. There's a 12hr delay with the syncing too so I can't properly track my fitness.
What is going on? Won't sync now to my fitbit even when it's listed under it..please fix asap
