Have not been able to checkout for months now - I keep having to go to the website. Waste of APP space.

Still having checkout problems, I really don't understand why they can't fix this problem!

Great company. App is good, rarely have problems with it.

I cannot check out on this app? I wanna buy stuff. How does this make sense?

Always been a fan of Vitacost so you can only imagine how I felt to see it now on a App!

Unable to complete purchase using "PayPal" or regular "Check Out" on Google Pixel.

Cannot log in via the app but keep getting an error. Have not been able to log in for months and when spoke with customer service, they said that it was an internal issue and to purchase as a guest with no further assistance. Months have passed and continue having issues.

Its great but doesn't let me check out. End up buying through Vitacost website

Don't care for the format and was not user friendly

The details section of a item will not scroll, thus preventing me from reading the whole thing. Also will not allow for sorting, by price or alphabetical.

Is this APP supposed to let you search for vitamins?? I only get a loading screen...

Vitacost Quality Has Dropped Steadily!

Worked for all of 10 minutes. Now it doesn't. Makes it hard to do business with Vitacost. Easy to do business elsewhere with apps that actually work.

It won't let me check out! Isn't the point of this app making it easier for people to buy your products? This app worked well for a while but now it's only about a 50% chance that it will work. My coupon is going to expire in the morning and I'm not going to be able to use it because THE APP DOESN'T WORK! This is not a new problem. Please fix it!

Fails to complete the Checkout process just continues to cycle but not complete. Tried every fix start stop reboot uninstall reinstall etc. NEEDS WORK

I'm running a nexus 5x, in a house with 300mb internet, 10 feet from my wireless router. And it spins endlessly on "searching" after I type in my query. Why is the mobile database slower to access than the regular web one?

Serious issues on check out with PayPal or credit card, app lost track of the transaction. Uninstalled.

It's not deliver in India.

Terrible, where do I start? Get another app developer. Excrutiatingly slow, scroll down and repeats the same 10 or 12 products at the top. Installed and uninstalled. Don't even get me started on the difficulty of sorting.

When checking out, app gets stuck at the Prop 65 warning. I hit dismiss 10 times! Even uninstalled then re_installed the app. Sucks now.

Every time I am ready to complete my transaction I'm asked to sign in with my email again and it doesn't accept it.

Slow, has problems working with my PayPal, processed and old order instead of the one I wanted, I'll still use that order, frustrating

I love Vitacost, but not so much the app. It could be better. I cannot write a review.

I use it all the time

It is slow as hell, and doesn't even let me process an order. Also, to add multiples of an item, you have to click up one by one while the page refreshes each time. Just use the Web site and save yourself the headache. I did give it a chance multiple times, but the same things happened.

Closes roughly every 3 clicks. Driving me bonkers....and its been like that for ages??? Should probably get on that guys as it looks like a bunch of people are giving the app up. Like me.

I love vitacost, but have had nothing but problems with the app. I'll be uninstalling, only using the website from now on!

Update 1 month later. Still not able to complete purchase. Updated app. Keeps an endless loop, does not complete purchase.

App is fine but, will not compete order process.

Never had a problem with this app until Vitacost was purchased by Kroger. Since then, it has gone downhill, and now I haven't even been able to place an order the last few times I've tried. Just spins on the checkout page every time. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change. Frustrating.

After doing the most recent update, I can open Order History without the app crashing. It's still too early to tell how well it's going to work. I wrote a review in the older app and was then unable to submit it, so I'll have to see if that cleared up too.

There's no way to view or edit my set & save orders. That's the only way I buy from Vitacost, so this app is worthless to me. If I could I'd give it 0 stars.

I have tried to purchase something twice now and I always get locked up on the checkout screen. I am checking out with PayPal. It looks like I am not the only one complaining about getting stuck in a constant loop. I have not purchased from Vitacost in a while and when I do I get this. What a disappointment.

Use browser instead. Apparently even if you are logged-in to your Vitacost account but pay via PayPal, you will be auto-logged out and the order will be completed as a an auto-generated guest account. Customer service is helpless to consolidate and fix this issue. Avoid the app like the plague. I have the latest android phone; no excuse for this hugely inconvenient and confusing error.

The app works fine on my phone and I view it in portrait mode. However, the app is still in portrait mode on my tablet and is an inconvenience to have to look at it in portrait mode. Please fix this and I will love the app!

Still have to do things on my desktop. Paypal does not work or at least not when I was trying to order something. I guess it's off to my office to get an order in.

When I proceed to check out, go through all the steps, hit submit, it never complete the order. For the last 3 months, I have had to call in orders after wasting all that time. Please fix the app, please!! Also, some of the product reviews say the same identical thing, but with different names. Hopefully these are real, because I read them to help in my choice of items that I have never used!

As a long-time customer who only buys via the set & save method, this is useless.
