1st. This is NOT a private browser. Installation would not ask for a location, if it was. 2nd. This is a cellphone-service, public internet. Which uses a WI-FI directing core to stream a (Public) internet source. Anything designed (Puplic) is specifically designed to collect 'Cookies', which hold personal information. Rather private or not. To track the various billions (which is every user, NOT using an actual "Private browser". Anything with ads is filled with Adware.
