ProCalc (Programmable Calculator) + Spreadsheet for Android
Stuck in Portrait 0°. Should support 0 and 180° portrait at a minimum. Reevaluated: I spent a little more time with this app and have changed my rating to 5 stars. It is very versatile and I like the programming capability. Certainly, there could be some improvements, like the orientation problem mentioned above and, there should be a way to change the calculator's colors or theme. The last suggestion I have is that each mode should have its own set of customizable buttons.
Update: This app immediately crashes when I try to open it on Samsung S5 now. Used to work. Now stuffed. Reinstall has no effect. So much wasted effort writing programs for this - now useless. Further update: Developer was quick to resolve the issue and calculator is now working again. A neat app
Useful calculator, but still need guidelines, eq. how to find value of the function V=33*D-10... We only input value of D and the result is value of V (format 2 decimal)...
Really useful moreover is has tiny size to install.but need to work on some UI.overall it is very powerful.
Would like to see a 2's complement key? Don't see one in binary mode?
Super Awesome!
Simple yet complex. It is a smart handyman.
Exactly what I needed, thanks!
Awesome so far
Nice!
Excellent
I do not know why it do not works on my cell phone.
Looks like this calc has some features that could be cool but there's no settings or help to get you started. Can't even find how to turn off button vibration. At one point the legends disappeared from some of the numeric keys! Also it's ugly. Would be one star but I'm hoping one day this might work.
My respect. Well done. Thanks

Need a SUBSCRIPTION to actually use. Free has recurring nag screen. THEME setting doesn't work. No direct zoom to make font readable, can only make small increments one by one.
After trying out many programmable calculators it's obvious that procalc outclassed them all. It has a very solid BASIC which is useful for many purposes not usually associated with calculators.
Great expectations ! - but sadly non but the calculator face page appeared on my Android TAB PC. Just a bad joke so far.
Iit is the best

12! Gives 12!+1
This is a great calculator, I'd previously used RealCalc but the built-in BASIC that this one has makes all the difference. It does need to be re-skinned though to look more like RealCalc (which 'looks' a *lot* nicer). The screenshots don't do it any favours, it needs to be much 'prettier' and look more like a proper calculator. The price for the full version is also far too high for casual sales. It would get 100x more purchases if it was a tenth of the price.

The concept of user definable keys is brilliant and well implemented. The BASIC interpreter seems quite solid. The developer is responsive questions. But... The calculator looses ground through a poor interface both in the terms of aesthetics and ergonomics. The key board is crowded by "extra keys and the second function of keys is hidden until the "shift" key is pressed. The percentage function operates as 50 + 10% =50.1. Real calculators would give a result of 55. The calculator does not AutoRange to scientific mode for large and small numbers. IE Numbers such as 6E-23 are displayed as "0" unless you manually select scientific mode. The BASIC interpreter is good within itself but the documentation/examples has been written by people who know what they are doing. This means that the help file is mainly only useful to people who don't need help. The examples lack the annotations needed for beginners to begin "Hack and Patch" programing. The adds are overly intrusive and the paid version is priced to kill sales. If you really need user definable keys ProCalc will do the job, otherwise stick with RealCalc.
an excellent one for beginner programmers

Shows promise but some small issues: Crashes frequently when exiting program edit mode but fortunately keeps the edit intact. Programs sometimes exit cleanly while other times you get a prompt to stop it running. Annoying bug with program re-formatting when nested blocks are involved - resulting in accumulating indents that don't cancel at the end of a block. Your code just keeps marching to the right never to come back!
This app takes me back to the days of the old Sharp/TRS-80 Pocket Computers, which were basically very smart calculators programmable in BASIC. This app is every bit as fun to work with, with an equally wide range of uses. A tad expensive for a phone app, but remember that a physical programmable calculator will cost you over $100 and probably won't be as easy to work with as a BASIC-based app.

Just what i was looking for. I can have customized function with basic in my phone. :) Lots of example. Almost Complete help explanation. I dont see explanation for x<->y. Suggestions: 1. The file icon is too big, doesn't look nice and proportional. 2. Autoselect previous input value would be nice, so we dont have to delete them each time we want to input different value. 3. Option to change keyboard to Numbers only when asking for variable. All in all, Great Job. Thanks.
