Planimeter is a maps ruler tool to measure area, distance, perimeter, bearing, angle and GPS coordinates on map. You can set notes for each point and use this app for mapping or store your favorite locations or landmarks and create GPS tracks.
The app provides unique real-time GPS tracking feature, that allows you to measure field, property or region simply by walking or driving around. This feature is useful for people working in such areas as farming, landscaping, architecture and construction, real estate business and fencing, sport, golf (distance between points) and hiking, tour and trail planning. With this feature Planimeter operates as GPS tracker / logger or pedometer to record walking path or track.

This app keeps crashing every time I use it. First, it said Goggle maps wasn't updated, but after updating still continues to crash as soon as I zoom in. I'm done with this adventure, I need my money back, thank you.

I've had this app for 2 seasons now and it has never failed? I've read some others reviews and think they must be struggling to navigate through the app. finding some things on here can be a little tricky like getting to the address input screen. once you figure it out its ok but could be made a little more accessible. that being said, what a great app! thank you for keeping it cheap.

Great app! Works good for my custom farming operations. Only thing is you should be able to save more than just the image, so you can use it for editing later and print ability, but being able to transfer the image and file to another program works well to!

I have purchased this for two devices now and am considering putting it on several more for our landscaping company. However I have no luck with finding and address. It always gives me the same error message. Even after restarting the device. When I mannually located the lawn and use the app. I love it. The measurements are very accurate and it saves me time in the field but I really need to be able to put an address in before I purchase it for the rest of the team.

Really enjoyed this app the new layer functions are a step in the direction for improvement. Just frustrated with the settings for the area functions. It is not transparent enough to see the land underneath properly whereas the older version was fine.
