If the developers of this app are listening then please note that you need to apply Brains and get the ops guys and top management to give you necessary permission to have basic functionalities in place. To name a few: 1. Manage booking should allow not only to retrieve details but also to modify or cancel booking. 2. To check fare the app should allow next 3 days fare to be shown. 3. Club Vistara points should be automatically added once the tickets are booked and the passenger has travelled on the flight. There are many more improvements required on technical side. I can let you these for free what those are just by dropping a mail.

This app sucks lol on this app. It doesn't even give an option to check fare next day. One has to go back and again select date and then again click on search. The best mobile app I found among all airlines in India is Spice jet. Go air, India also sucks. Make my trip. Is good too. Vistara app is a joke.

Ok App. Good Looks. But bad service, The app is designed to book tickets, however it will give different kind of errors and finally when you want to pay and book the service is temporarily not available.

App/website waiting to be hacked - requesting Vistara to change website and app to use a stronger password and not just a simple to crack 4 digit PIN code

Please change format for date of birth.. To enter my dob it requires 408 clicks.. Hoping it be changed soon so that I can enter my dob

I wish I could give 0 ratings to this flight. Worst customer service. They will close the boarding gate 20 min without any confirmation call though you have checked in and also your luggage is boarded. They will just call and say sorry don't come now you can leave. Worst experience . My flight was missed because of the worst service they provided.

Not much flight option at regular intervals with short time. I searched MUMBAI- SRINAGAR not satisfied with available options. Summary- Vistara is a kid in business but airline has great parents like Tata & Singapore Airlines

I just installed the application to book flight and it ain't letting me book tickets. It just keeps giving errors. Application needs to atleast do the primary function before it is advertised to be downloaded. I read through the comments section and it seems the customer care isn't acknowledging any of the customers' complaints and they are just deeming that the app and services are working in fine. Probably this might be the same rant to the wall.

Not able to register, after filling all details submit button doesn't work at the end. You can't even use guest option it doesn't work. Wastage of time and data. Pathetic app

Useless app!! Guys, why do you waste effort in making an app that can't see your booking even after logging in, check in screen is blank, reserving seats gives " unexpected error".. Why bother? And more importantly why waste my precious time and effort downloading your useless half baked app??

Hi Team, Looks like there is a problem with the registration page for the STATE option. Other than that the app works just fine

I LOVE VISTARA still I have not travelled but my brother travelled in it he told me his great experience with vistara .Now I am very much eager to travel in vistara with my family.i hope my dream will come true very soon INSHA ALLAH

It took me 5 attempts to make payment... Every time the payment gateway screen in the app would not proceed... By the time it worked fares went up hy 2k...such a bad experience

I think its de most selfish n poor airline in the whole world coz i booked a ticket from srinagar to port blair n it costed me 11,700 dt was ok not much n it was refundable pay attention now guys vn i called vistara cust care it took ages n several tries before i finally was able to talk to a cust care agent n vn i told him if i vl cancel de ticket 7 days before departure how much refund vl i get back he said 615 rupees out of 11,700 n de tckt is refundable just imagine how selfish n cruel

Everytime when I Search for a flight it shows we are unable to find departing flights on that Date Search for another Date I think all the 5* given are fake and biased hate this app Im going to uninstall this app right now its a time waste

I was traveled in Vistara on 27th jan from Kolkata to Portblair and it was an amazing exprience they gave me all kinds of fecilities at the lowest amount ever. Friendlyness of the airhostesses was good.In one sentence "They gave you all kind of comfort at the lowest ammount"
