ScotlandVR – A Virtual Tour for Android
Extremely well done, from nice graphic interface to relaxing background music. It's a quality free app which offers clever little educational bits about each area you look at.
Really found this interesting due to having family living in Scotland I think it would be of interest for them . Love how it gives you plenty of options if you want to watch a video or 3D cardboard images graphics are real to life .X
Such a lovely app! The music and little sounds effects such as the bonfire are gorgeous. Honestly, really enjoying it!
Absolute fantastic little app.. found this from applike.. really enjoyed looking around Scotland. Would really like to see more apps like this for England and Wales to
Doesn't work at all on my phone. Sorry app!
Oh dear! After reading all the hype and seeing some early reviews I thought this was going to be a state of the art VR/3D tourism app setting the bar way above the rest. Where do I begin?! Graphics, 3D reminiscent of early games. Music sounds like Tomb Raider- dire! Content is thin and presentation frankly boring. Totally uninspiring. Visitscotland have failed to use this media to its best effect. I can't see that this will be of any help or interest to potential visitors to Scotland...abysmal. Did someone say it cost £1M?? Surely some mistake there. If it did there are some questions to be asked.
You can't use with samsung vr
Good looking. Lots to explore. Good variety of media to view.
No Urquhart Castle
Very good app taking us on a tour of Scotland :)

It's a great idea! But I wouldn't call this VR. It's some 360° views but the VR world is animation. It's is interesting, but it feels like it belongs in a video game rather than a source for tourist info. I'd love to see some VR tours of castles and landscapes.
