Seems promising, hence the second star, but call quality on the softphone leaves a lot to be desired. Too feeble, in-ear and on the speaker. But what annoyed me the most was a sudden notice that my account was "not active". Haven't heard from their support yet and it seems to be the only way out. No self-diagnosis available. The worst bit? I had to login to the webpage to find out! No such notice or intimation on email or on their Android/iPhone app. Rubbish. Totally rubbish.
