Used this twice to call clients so that I wasn't calling them from my personal cell. Any other notifications like text, emails, alarms, or even other calls...break through your call---cutting out your recipient and all they hear is a Staticky air. It's a pretty useless app to me right now, but if they can fix that I will definitely try again.

The app is simple and easy to use. It works fine on wifi. However on 4g it is total crap even with Max 4g signal. The app indicator displays good network conditions, but the calling party hears nothing and the call drops all the time. Complete failure!!!!

I have multiple clients using this and there have never been any issues. Works great for a mobile workforce since they can call from anywhere but it always appears that they are at the office.

Setup wasn't too hard. I do have problems on wireless that my voice cuts out but I can still hear the callers just fine. It actually works better over 4G, but that isn't acceptable for when my users are traveling and need the soft phone to work on wireless.

Had high hopes...is a great concept but poorly executed insofar as quality. App crashes constantly... poor quality connections...cuts off calls...shows 'not registered ' or 'registering' often. I log out and back in to get it working. I have fast business grade internet and top of line routed within 5 feet of the phone...and 5g connection. Cant imagine what it would be like less all those ideal factors. and Bluetooth Headset has major issues with it.

Poor Bluetooth interfacing causes intermittent phone issues. Phone can't be operated with the Bluetooth Quality of service is good but not great. Must exit app as it will create issues with the cell phone calls sing Bluetooth

After setting up the Admin side and the extension side and downloading the app to my phone, I cannot login no matter what I set my username and password to. The app just says "User not found". Like everyone else has said, this app needs work!

Lowering my review. Consistently crashes and locks up my phone. Needs more work... Original: Allows me and my employees easy access to outbound calling with our 800 number so clients don't get our cell numbers. Very professional.

3 out of 4 launches crash, and when it actually launches it won't let me log in, stating "group not found". Reinstall didn't help. And I checked and double checked that my username and password were exactly as shown in Virtual PBX "Manage Phone" page for the "Softphone". And the app failed with my Samsung SIII and my new Note 3. Worthless and a waste of time to set up.

Anytime I log out I can't log back in without it constantly force closing. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Very unfortunate since I like this feature and pay $5/Mo for it with my account. If this isn't addressed soon I will be canceling this feature
