My Follow Up

Not able to search a doctor for my ear problem. App is asking for name or ID of particular doctor. I don't know who is specialist for my problem. There should be a list of specialist from where one can select one.

This app is not allowing me to register as a patient. Every time its throwing error! How will someone even follow up!?

I am not able to register. Error message shows connection timed out. Please help.

Good app to connect with Doctor, Had some issues earlier but resolved instantly.

I used the app to connect with my doctor. It worked really well. I could upload my reports and also get a prescription from the doctor.

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR DOCTOR. INSTEAD TAKE SOME PAIN TO GO AND MEET. Pathetic app created to extract money from already suffering patients. Unauthentic doctors who will charge huge amount of money and will not even take your call for 5 mins. Do not believe what your doctor says. It may seem that he is trying to help you by suggesting this app but truth is this is yet another way to fool the common people by whoever created this app. I paid 1000 rs on first consultation and got 7 blood tests done for Rs 8740 and again paid Rs 600 after 2 days on this app to get an appointment. All i got was a one liner from the doctor saying consult a physician as platelet count is low and there was no mention of other things which were low or other medicines in the prescription. After that I could not call the doctor and another appointment costs Rs 600 again. If the doctor is busy he can reschedule the appointment but after charging so much money he/she should atleast listen to what the patient has to say. You are paying money on this app for nothing!

Search by doctor name is very difficult to new user...try to make it user friendly and added some filter to find doctor by city also..more improvement are needed to be a very helpful help..still concept wise good but expect more then what exactly is it.

how to search a nephrologist doctor. there is no list of any field doctor.

Scammy.Why would I pay 500 just to book an appointment ? The moment you try to upload reports the App stops and takes you to "Feedback".Don't bother with this one

User friendly app. consulting my doctor has become really convenient. Saves a lot of time. Great use of technology.

Need Improvement. Please add feature to upload documents and reports. Also I'm unable to find or select any appointment slot for any doctor.

There is no option to mention age directly, you have to slide calendar a lot if you want enter dob in 1950's.

I am able to connect with my doc any time now. I don't have to visit doc everytime. My doc knows my case, and can advice on phone too. Thanks Dr Sudhir for recommending this.

Good app if u have to visit your doc regularly. It save a lot of Hassel of meeting doc personally. Good initiative.
