Very easy to find as well as to use

Picks up my location but fails to calculate a route -- just says "routing failed" every time. Also won't give directions from point B to point C, which is what I was looking for as Google maps doesn't have that function. On the plus side it shows a lot of detail on high res screens. (Galaxy S7)

Map dates to 2010 so the more time passes the less accurate it will be. Pity there seems to be no intention to maintain this app because it is quite simple and works well.

This is a great App. Melway make the best maps of cities for Australia. It is great to have these very useful maps in your pocket. They show much more detail than Goodle maps and UBD. Try it out!

So good finding an app with all the new streets in it makes my job so much easier

This cannot find suburbs that have existed for years. It seriously needs updating. Not very happy with it at all.

If this app was updated. Their could not sell any hard copy of Street directory.

Needs to have the overlay grid from The book as a reference or a little box that shows the reference from the book where the pin is

It needs another update for the year 2016, we are not 2012 anymore.

Very good app I can find my place but you need to turn on mobile data it is not offline street directory.

Apparently the mornington peninsula freeway doesn't exist. love the app but.

Much more interesting and colorful than the latest Google maps. Gee, and you have the nice big + - buttons like Google used to have, and full screen navigation with no menu bars hiding the screen, lovely. Great app for maps in Australia. Thanks.

Sort of good. You need to be connected to internet to make it work. The map itself is outdated. Search function is very primitive and most of the time useless compare to Google map.

Finally, melway in mobile application. Great job :) i'm hoping for more features in the future

Love it! Melway in your pocket! It'll even give directions and use GPS to determine your location, something the book will never do!!

Can't send text based directions. No copy/paste. Useless for non smart phone users who don't have internet access

Melway in pocket! Not as user friendly than google maps but you cant beat the details you get from Melway

The app works ok, not as good as Google maps, but it's got better points of interest.

Always hated google maps its the worst, hopeless situational awareness of its surroundings. Melways or Ausmaps has got it right, you should start advertising this on tv and media outlets to get this product out can't rave on about it more.

Awesome, it save me $50+ for paper MelWay

The only one that can show bus and tram services and stops, up to date suburb delineation, speed humps etc etc. It's a must have if you're in Australia.

Give this ago as you can go from a paper map view and then zoom to a numbered street view. Gives directions from here to there also. Great for Australia wide. Love it.

Has all the maps/info I want - just wish it worked offline...

Melways has far nicer & easier to read maps than most common mapping sites/apps like Google maps. Definitely the maps to look up if you're in Aus cities. Functionality could be slightly improved to match better navigators, tho.

Great to see the Melway superior graphics on the small screen. 5 stars if the Melway grid reference appeared after search! (Edit: I've just discovered you can do that with a long press – so five stars!)
