Virgin Trains Travel Buddy for Android
This site and app are utterly, utterly appalling and rubbish. I never want to buy a ticket to be sent to my 'phone again, and frankly, thanks to the time they have wasted I never want to travel on Virgin East Coast again if I live to be 200 years old. Why don't you make these things so that ordinarily intelligent people can understand them instead of just spiky haired brats with thick glassesand holes in the knees of their jeans. How I hate you.
This app is even thinner than Virgin's publicity for it. I bought tickets on the web site recently and I've had an email suggesting I download the app and enable push notifications. I can't find push notifications anywhere! Huge disappointment.
I was amused that Google Play asked me if this app had in-app rewards as we all know VTEC don't do rewards :) But I am disappointed with this app on a technical level as we've been waiting for a replacement for the old mTicket app but this just launches a web browser for booking tickets, hardly an integrated experience. Let's have a seamless, integrated app
Really. You mobile app more website app very disappointed
Puffed-up browser launcher for the mobile website. Hardly any in-app functionality. 30MB for a browser launcher? - seriously? Can't VTEC afford to employ someone who knows how to code?
This app is wonderful. It gives me all the information that I need. Thank u very much 4 making it
30MB of bookmark app. Useless shite. Don't bother.
Can not view my booked Tickets
Need to be able to send tickets to other people, eg when bought as a gift.
It's not a rail app, no live departures.
Cant view booked tickets

Over glorified bookmark, can't book trains tickets in the app (takes you to the VTEC website), can't manage your account (again, takes you to the website), and it's the same with live departures. The app seems the exact same as the ticket wallet app they had before just spruced up a little. Very disappointed but at least m-tickets are back.
