Not bad. Won a couple of things. Don't like the way entering competitions greys them out rather than says 'entered'. Also the bar at bottom jumps all the times and doesn't scroll smoothly which can be infuriating (1st World Problems eh...)

Awful app with cumbersome navigation. I installed it logged in only to be told it was the wrong app that needed to be deleted and reinstalled. It reinstalled the same app which now apparently worked. Isn't that called an update? Git logged in and looked at a competition. Easy to get the answer so I try to enter but there is nowhere obvious to type your in the answer and the only area on the page that looks like it might be a text box refuses to bring the keyboard up. Virgin, stop punishing your customers with design and make this app more friendly.

I'm new to this app ..its all a bit complicated to me... what's the zip code?? and how do I get my code ? and how many invite codes can u use off other members offering??(I forget what it's called when I went to look for the correct word..i got thrown out so I'm not looking again in case again I get thrown out) see this is not explain to a person who is new to all this W.W.W.. an thank u in advance to any answers to my questions ..debs

Offered 24 hour voucher for free WiFi on Virgin Trains. Downloaded and just tried to use on Bristol to Manchester and apparently it's not valid ( according to the sign in page). Very poor Virgin!

It's ok I haven't won anything yet and I don't like how you have to show what you have done ie going to concerts and food. Apart from that not bad

Overall it's okay for some, personally I don't like the fact they ask for your address or phone number in order to gain a few points. The need to enter your date of birth by means of spending minutes tapping on your phone screen was a joke, typing it in would be far quicker. I will give it a couple of weeks just to see if it's for me.

Sent me email saying free wifi n coffee installed app and just offers that dont interest me but nothing about wifi.

Was sent an invite when taking out a credit card but when I try and log in it says you are not allowed access (or something similar.) Tried it with email and fb so uninstalled

Tried the same password as the one I use for my virgin account so as not to forget apparently not strong enough how and why very confused so I will be uninstalling immediately.

Failed to recognise my email address after sending me email to join. Why do Virgin keep failing... John

Great app, but I don't seem to be able to add my Virgin Atlantic account to the app, missing out on some valuable points.

Not really sure about. Haven't figured out where to get the codes from

My Virgin Media Mobile 9 digit account number is 2 characters, FA, followed by 7 digits so cannot verify account as it only permits a numerical entry in that field.

So far it's been great! Just wish I had received the email at the start of the month and I probably would have unlocked loads more!

My today's code is not acceptable.

I downloaded it and was unable to even enter my password
