Gold coins are a mystery to me. A lot of the prizes are only in England no use in Scotland. I won a cd by jake bugg so looking forward to receiving it when it comes ! Keep at it virgin we all know technology is great only when it works !!

Every time I try to open the app it tells me it's stopped working. I give up what rubbish. Ppl complained about it crashing at the start of the month. Still not fixed. Not even seen the app as it crashes as soon as I load it. Come on get it together big company with worse app I've had.

Great offers - which are in reality not possible to take advantage off. Attempting to book a return train taking advantage of the "30% off offer" - despite stating that it was possible to book 24 weeks in advance "rather than the usual 12" - it wasn't. The 30% off turned out to be 12.25% and even then it wasn't possible as the promotion had "exceeded capacity"!. Waste of time and very frustrating.

R Branson has a reputation for customer service but his organisation has failed on this. I received an email with a 5 digit code (in recognition of my loyalty) but on registering, the app said that the code needed to be six characters. If they can't get registration right, by making promises that they can't deliver, there is no confidence that anything else to do with this marketing tool will be worth spending any more of my time upon. Uninstalling!

As mentioned it is a bit gimmicky and geared towards market research in a less than obvious way. Quizzes and sharing their promotions generates points which in turn allows you to enter competitions. Just need to win a competition and all will be good. They did send me a nice bottle of red wine too.

I consider myself to be a pretty switched on tech savvy person but i just don't get the point of this app at all. And then i get an email saying get a free hot drink on us with no info about where or how. I really don't understand what you're trying to achieve with this app.

That's all I get when I try to open the app, so it's pointless. Not worth the effort. Richard certainly won't be having me as a guest as the app won't work

The app crashes on start up, during or just after registration or when I try to put my code in. Dicky will have to do his own digging on the treasure hunt.

If you're having app issues or logging in issues, uninstall the app then reinstall. You can then login without crashing, this worked for me. Please add referral code YPIBNP

There was no info regarding the coins competition for ages and trying to find them when I eventually got clues was rubbish. The current offer on Virgin east Midlands is no cheaper. There are no advantages to having this app at all... if there are I've not found any useful to me. All it does is market research ... great for Richard Branson but useless for everyone else

Quite enjoy having a quick look at the offers each day and playing 'This or that' for points. Won a bottle of wine and a free drink already so can't complain!

I have been using the app for several months and love it but today it just keeps saying want to rate us 5 stars. I did that and it won't let me do anything even if i press not now UPDATE: FIXED. ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD AGAIN. 5 STARS THANK YOU

Use my code to register, this app works fine on my Sony Xperia Z3+ mobile but keeps crashing on my Sony Xperia Z3 tablet. It's also frustrating that I have to travel some distance to retrieve the physical codes.

Open app, app crashes, closes and repeat this process until sick of wasting time. Not a happy customer. At least sky's apps work well

App asked if I wanted to rate it 5 stars. If I chose 'no' it didn't take me to the app page...sneaky way to stop people from rating below 5 stars. I called their bluff, chose 'yes' and gave them 1 star. Shame on you Virgin for this tactic!

Clues to get coins...great, except the first one seems to expect me drive 20 mile to a virgin shop to register it...sorry.. it's not worth the cost of fuel...

Very slow, crashes all the time can't verify accounts and offers aimed more at those who live in the south and are very repetitive. Even when I do try to use an offer such as 30% off train tickets they have to be booked so far in advance and are often unavailable or cost more than the advertised discount very very poor!

Tried 5 times to log in and just crashes. Shame.

Playing vmarksthespot not doing great but quite happy. Finally got a bonus question right and it won't play my clue video peeved beyond belief.

My app keeps crashing :( samsung Galaxy S5 .. I found my way around it eventually .. sort of! Who on earth advised you on UX? They need sacking!

Couldn't register or open the app. What a load of rubbish. Gave it 1star as you can't give 0. Even though this is free it still represents poor value for money

Addictive little game and good deals too. Only issue is that videos do not work, tried via mobile data and wifi and no joy

Gives me a few mins out each day to do this and that (literally) plus regularly good offers and competitions.

I load it up, says virgin red has stopped working every single time :-/ hope it works or get it work because I'll delete the app, disappointed

Email from virgin to download the app, have never been able to open it, just crashes constantly. Really virgin, I expect better from you

Not the most intuitive at times and sometimes things don't work at all (Galaxy S7 Edge), but good fun nonetheless.

Absolute rubbish won't open . If it does eventually it then crashes. Multi billion pounds company. They pay people to produce these apps and they don't work. Do they check them before release. What an appalling excuse for an app would give it 0 but you can't avoid at all cost
