Virgin Pulse

Dosent update the step count properly. My watch says over 7k steps the app shows 6100. Because of the trouble with the app I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it and now the app can't find the watch so I have to track my steps through s health app. Update: after a week I was finally able to pair with my phone and the counter started working properly

Initially gave it a 5 star, however within an 8 hour period It has forgot my Max buzz and I have had to set it up each time. Very annoying

Once we got the device it wouldnt gives us any options that we had that particular device, and when you go see how your doing on the scale it doesn't show the accurate amount of points. It does however give the accurate amount on the display icon. Hope this doesn't become an issue at the end of the year when it calculates for our healthy incentives prigram with our medical cost. But once you've got the max buzz figured out then it's been great since. I did have to contact support. A great way to think about staying healthy. Hubby and I both have made lots of healthy changes in our life because of this.

I am only writing this review because I just spent 10 mins trying to connect my Max buzz. It keeps saying there is no Max buzz and will not connect. I don't have the time.

Have been alot of new updates can now use my galaxy watch with it. Can see all my challenges aswell keep up the good work

I really like the new features that Virgin Pulse has added and it even allows you to invite friends outside your company. You can use your Fitbit and Aria scale. It also syncs with other popular apps like My fitness pal.

It is NOT registering my steps! I did 12,000+ today alone and it does NOT give me my points! Using a Fitbit. It was before but for the past 2 months, nothing!! Fix it!!

The newest update does not give points for steps every day. I have not received points for 2 out of the last 5 days :-(

But if I want more than a log to sync with it doesn't offer much. It does not interact well with the Zipongo app.

I. Just started this ap. It seems like its easy to learn but i do get help. I dont know the computor.....so im ok now.....great app

It kept disconnecting and then didn't want to hook back up

Great app easy to use for people that don't like spending time on their phone. Easy settings and useable for people on the go.

It's a good app to keep track of your steps and many other things, the band helps a lot.

App keeps logging me out by itself and I have to pair my fitness tracker and setup my notifications every time I log in

I shall write detail review once I have my Max Buzz, but previous experience has been awesome

I like this app because of all the health tips I get every day and I can monitor my progress on the go.

My steps are not being counted I've had to re type info a few times

The benefits that I get from this makes me wanna do it everyday
