At first screen I enter my name and repeatedly get 'oops something went wrong'. Virgin Money Giving is an excellent resource, but this app is pants.

It won't seem to update my total money raised on its own. I have to delete and reinstall it everytime someone donates to get the correct amount.

Because I can't even get past the first page? A bit more help and guidance could replace the funky stick-men. This app has a job to do which is more important than a bunch of stick insects.

I may be missing the point of this app but I would have thought I would be able to log in and add comments & photos to keep the page dynamic. Is there the ability to do this?

For some reason, the app can't find me. I think it may be due to there being an apostrophe in my surname. It'd be great if this was sorted soon so I can log in to the app and see how it works...

I can't find any of the fundraisers in the app, but can online. No fundraiser, no point. Got the app working for a few days, crashed on me so reloaded, and now cant find anyone.

Can't get logged on on the S7 edge. Just get oops something went wrong. No way to contact admin for help. Poor. Worked on the note 3 no problem
