Very disappointed! The app only allows to sign in with a user name and password, which i do not have. No option to sign on using account number and pin code, and no option here or on website to change password. Beyond frustrating!

This is not an app from Virgin America. You can't use it to get boarding passes. It has a totally different login than your Virgin Elevate account. I'm surprised that Virgin America, as advanced as it is in so many ways, can't get its act together on this one. Even United (blah, phooey) has an android app.

This is not really for Virgin Mobile. It kept asking for an email address to login, but VM uses phone number for username.

I have downloaded this app over and over and over it won't open when I downloaded it the first time it actually opened and then my phone reset itself deleted it and now I can't even open it and then when I need to pay my phone bill they told me I had to pay through the app how can I pay my phone bill when I can't even open the app I had to go as far as downloading the app on my moms straight talk phone to open app to pay my phone bill which is stupid & ridiculous fix this app would more likely download it

Worst experience and service ever. Virgin mobile used to be great no problems NEVER AGAIN!! I called the support number that was given and it tells me to dowload the app to get into my account. YES because that is what i want to do when im calling for a live rep. Then it hangs up on me giving no other option. Look online for other numbers to call and found one other. Jeremy i think his name was answers hangs up on me and BLOCKS MY NUMBER? THE HELL IS THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER OUT!!

This is more about the company than the app itself. I have had problems changing phones and have called 10 times to fix this. Each call gave me a ruder employee than the last. I am beyond infuriated and disappointed in Virgin Mobile's customer service. I cannot believe they let their employees talk to customers like that.

I was transferred 10xs just to swap my device! The employees seemed very incompetent and impatient and had no empathy what so ever. Do yourself a favor and pick another carrier!!!
