Used to really like it but now it is useless. It no longer shows how much roll over data you have so I can no longer use it to find out how much data I have left which is the main reason I use it and I imagine most other people use it. I thought rollover data had been removed from my plan and I went to the website to contact customer support and when I logged in I found the rollover data amount there. I do not have any idea why anyone thought it would be a good idea to remove the ability to see how much data you have remaining from the app. Surely it was removed by mistake. It has also lost the super useful feature that told you how much data you could use each day to not go over your plan. Not quite as vital as actually knowing how much data you actually have though.
The app, was I've good, me completely fails to provide the functionality it should. The bar which showed how much data could be used each day on average had been needlessly removed, and the tab showing data usage, displays incorrect methods of data use, such as BitTorrent
Finally forced onto the new app which is absolutely useless. It does effectively nothing. Complete waste of phone storage.
Was working perfectly when i first got my phone... then it logged me out and now when I put my info in to log in, the "Let's Go" button doesn't even work.
Where is the daily remaining. ..that was about the best thing. & now it's gone. Wrong wrong wrong...very wrong
Not very helpful now it's been simplified... simplified alright... doesn't show much anymore.
Auto update data doesn't work. I have it set to 3hrs and the data on the widget 2 weeks old.
Why has this version removed the daily average data remaining. A more cynical person might suggest that including it as well as average use to date allowed people to more effectively manage their use and avoid additional charges.
Widget does not auto update as its supposed to though its mostly always been that way. They must have been losing money from people not overspending because they have removed other useful info from the app that helped manage data use too.
Great app, with a nice widget and easy to read data. Would be great if it displayed an end of month data usage estimate based on current daily average use. Thanks!

The new app doesn't show when Data Pack data expires anymore. Can't even check the date on the actual website account. This is poor. And thanks Virgin for deleting my previous review.
Apparently I'm using data on things I've never been on or never heard of or dont even have installed on my phone!!!! Not a happy customer!!

Good App. Clean and straightforward :)
Very very little functionality. Shows you your remaining data allowance, credit balance, and credit expiry, and literally nothing else. Can't even recharge your balance. Pretty much completely pointless.
Good app when I was using it on my galaxy s5. Since getting a note 8, the usage widget has disappeared. Would be great if the widget returned.
This app has finally improved! So, the developers do take notice of feedback after all. ???? This has gone from a 1 star app to a 5 star app. Well done Virgin Mobile Australia!
Great app! Easy to use and can manage multiple accounts in the 1 app. Keep the great new features coming, couldn't ask for anything better :)

Great app, view about the information about your data usage and pay you bill every month.
It worked fine a year ago, uninstalled itself a few months ago and I re-installed it today. Much to my chagrin I can't even sign in for the first time. The 'let's go' button won't lite up or anything. Uninstall.
My Virgin app works great on my iPhone. I won't bother with it on my Android. I suggest you write to their Support team (best on PC) and make a complaint on their complaints form and see what action you get. They may be unaware of the problem.
Widget will not update until main app is opened - defeats the purpose of having a widget. Account regularly locks me out for no apparent reason, requiring a call to the Customer Disservice Centre to unlock again. Seriously? I'm pretty sure a primary schooler could write a better app than this.
App has caused my battery to go from 100 to 0 twice overnight now. It shows a very high keep awake time and my location services show the app is making a lot of location requests

Widget still not fixed. Setting is to update every 3 hours but is still 1 to 2 days old. Used data as I thought I was on my last day but when I opened the app and refreshed, only then did it update and I was actually on the next month. Do NOT trust the information, always refresh manually.
