I'm testing this on Priv, iPhone and mac while trying some competitors. Love how everything is encrypted and that this is on phones and computers.. It's a great feature packed app whether for personal or enterprise. Needs improvement on battery usage when not being used, tends to use as much battery when set offline as bbm's when in use. Would be nice if integrated with the BlackBerry Hub app as well. Calender won't display entries. Notes needs features. Ideas are there, just needs some polishing

The lastest version loosing connection while in background. The previous version did not have this bug. Sometimes I can't call another vipole user while he's online (pressing "call" button doesn't get a result).

I'm testing this on Priv and my iPhone and soon my mac whilst trying some competitors. So far I'm impressed, messages and voice calls were delivered promptly.. Love how everything from chat to notes is encrypted, that this is on phones and computers.. It's a great feature packed service whether for personal or enterprise use. Next to try video calls.. But of 46% battery in 9 hrs this app still used 2% when I didn't open it the past few days. Needs improvement on battery usage when not being used

3 stars 'cos of the lack of info. No enough info whether the vendor would pass the private keys to gov'l parties upon requests! Doesn't say if the encryption happens b4 the msg leaves the device & if it goes thu RSA tunnel. Is the txt algorithm AES256 based? How could we be sure that the msgs are really encrypted? I'm a journalist, is this app good enough 4 me? Is the company based in Europe or US? R the attachments fully encrypted?

I am using good connection but video call disconnected after 3-4 mins and other person goes offline. When i click camera button from front to rear cam, call disconnected and i have to restart app. Pl rectify this problem. whole app screen appears after rebooting , icon should only show on top. Status goes away and extended away when cell not used for minutes, it should remain alive 'online' just like viber. Overall good app especially fast file sharing.

A very very nice messenger, developers made ot almost perfect, but not completely. It would be perfect if it had 2 factor authentication via code generating app and if it had key verification ( like in Signal, WhatsApp and Telegram), it would be great. Thanks in advance. Also, you really should add verification phrases or numbers during the call to increase voice and vide call security. Btw, make it possible to disable that annoying icon in status bar, please.
