Overall its a good app! Thanks QNB. I have some issues like Vodafone topup seen successful but I didn't received the balance. Sometimes when I get logged into it immediately the app gets shut down. Hopefully this issues will be fixed soon.

Really bad app. Just do basic stuff

I needed some extra cash for emergency and I've been trying since 2 months to do a transfer through the app and it didn't work and when I called the call centre about the reason they told me that they don't know..!!now am out of the country with no money

Hello QNB Team App not allowing to enter amount for Ooredoo bill payment. The amount box is inactive. Wondering you ppl ever bothered to use it yourself? If you had used it, the problem wouldn't have been there. #Disappointed. ????

Hey,I by mistake entered wrong pin and now I am not able to make account as it says I have exceeded the number of allowable pins.any solution?

I didn't get the branch names of Bank where I do have account in India neither State Bank of Travancore nor South Indian Bank, the list is incomplete

The app crashes frequently on Android phone (Google pixel), services are basics. The layout is not user/mobile friendly

I can.transfer cash from my laptop but not from the app, it has many bugs and customer service agents are terrible.

There is a problem with mobile top up function .. this is fixed but now. Everytime i log in .. it closes itself

It is showing error at the start. There is no list of countries to select the country.

services are ok but you need to invest more in a better UI experience. For people asking where is Egypt QNB, there is a dedicated app called QNB Ahli.

Application keeps crashing once I enter the password

Not working for ooredoo bill payment. No good.

Good app. Does not work properly (e.g. adding transfer beneficiaries) after Android 7 upgrade on Galacy Note5.

The app is good for payment online such as oredoo and kahramaa, and money transfer through western union and bank transfer to my homecountry.

It is good app, you can pay almost all your utility bills. Easy to use. Thanks to the IT department at QNB.

No finger print login for Android users. I don't think only iPhone have finger print sensor.....

The login by finger print is not available on Android

It is amazing. Just need to amend paypal details and please if possible authenticate fingerprint
