Even in this age they dont have login option with fingerprint..who will remember so many passwords..useless app

often gives errors. The security system is not very safe and is not practical

User friendly app. All information is available for the customer and displayed in an aesthetic manner. Needs to introduce fingerprint authentication

Limited functionality when compared to Emirates NBD mobile app

One of the best mobile banking application in the Middleeast

Before asking other feedback questions teams pls ask did you received otp first to continue mobile banking. I'm going to uninstall this app. Guys dobt date your tine by installing and entering your credentials to proceed. Totally it's waste of time. Try online login in pc and do it fast because it's more secured too.

Very Bad App... never able to login as always asks OTP and they never send to mobile numbers... not user friendly.

This App is very unfriendly, it doesn't allow you to creat any payment instruction within the app. Should look at ADIB or NBAD app makes your life easy

A big (worth 2 stars) drawback in usability is the necessity to manually enter both your password and your PIN every time you need to login. It's a shame to not support fingerprint reading in 2017.

It would be more helpful if it reflects all transactions till date of the ongoing billing period, even if the Statement Date falls later.

You make best use of technology tools for your customers to ease their banking experience but the coustomer service representative needs better training on handling their coustomer needs/ requests. I requested to waive off my annual fee of 500 dhs they offered me 2 option which I said I am not comfortable with offered option and see if you can request waiver without any condition. After few days got sms charges waived which I was very happy with but after few weeks when I was checking my account details I had notice that my hard earned points nearly 42000 were taken away without my knowledge. I take this act as act of cheat so I raised my complaint twice. Representative calls me says because I did not choose any of the offered option they tool my points in order to waive the anual fee charges. It's not a matter of 42000 points but it's matter of integrity. I probably would have said yes if I would have been offered an option of deducting my points to waive of the charge. Please don't do this to your other customers or else you will loose them. For me it's time to say good bye to FAB because I do not want to be cheated in future.

Can't believe how convinient everything is nowadays. Everything from summary to statements and even every single transactions can be viewed and its so user friendly Amazing!!
