Keeps telling me network error uninstalled several times still says same thing.

Band does not work. No response from companies.

JUNK! WASTE OF TIME! FITBIT HERE WE GO!

I've been trying to sign up but it wont even "process".

I had some of the same issues as last post, I uninstalled and re-installed 4 times to be sure I gave it my best. When I tried to sign up it got stuck on the processing screen. But after some time the app did allow me to register it took approximately 30mins to an 1hr not sure exactly due to me doing other task while app was processing. I've had some time to use the app and its works great, it monitor's my steps just fine the sleep feature works fine as well. Glad I gave it a chance. :-D

Why spend so much money on the tracker when I can't even use it?

Not sure what's worse. The app because the only way to sync is to re-pair. Or the RBX Drive, the steps are way off. Not even close. Absolute junk. I'm a truck driver noticed it counts steps with my hand on the steering wheel.

Won't let me log in gets stuck in prossesing or says network error.. My time is 12 min slow....I have uninstall. And reinstalled more than 5 times needs fixed !!!! Have tried it several times and still won't work

I tried downloading again after a few years to see if I could finally get this thing to work. Nope. The app won't even let me log in. It says network error. I got this for a gift awhile ago and I wish I could get their money back.

Have reinstalled app 4 times. "You must attached image" error keep popping up even though I can see the image I have attached. Really don't want to return this. Please help.

The screenshots must be of the iOS version. Getting the device to sync seems to have a trick to it which I haven't figured out. If you're looking at the app reviews to decide whether to buy the device STAY AWAY.

It's gives no directions on how to us the tracker and I can't even make and account it keep saying the networks bad, happy it works without the app though

App worked for a little bit then signed me off. My email is apparently always invalid. App is no good.

New update won't open, sleep service never worked, very disappointed!

Android users having trouble recording SLEEP? Make sure when you lay down for the night you hold down the button on the wristband until it vibrates and the little flashing moon icon appears in the upper right hand corner. It is now "recording" sleep time. Press the button again until it vibrates and moon icon disappears when you awaken to stop. I'm not sure why these weren't in the directions that came with the device. As far as the crashes, try uninstalling and reinstalling. It helped some.

App installed but when attempting to setup account, I put in name, email, password and image as required and submit but continues to sit there showing "processing" for over an hour. Attempted twice and same result. Therefore installing this app is about as useful as my exwife... only good for getting ******! I am using a Samsung SM-N900V model phone running Android version 5.0.

I had a lot of trouble syncing it. The data is hard to read. The user instructions were incorrect and had the wrong symbols. I also have yet to figure out how to read past data. All that being said it does track your step and the watch feature is nice. Update: had issue with my phone got a new one. Downloaded the app and now I can not log in without it crashing. Guess the app was pretty much useless anyway. Update: got the app to work but now the screen has gone out in the band. I'm officially done with RBX

Can't even get the app to open to record data. Do not waste your money on this

SCH-4970 android version 5.0.1 tried to set up account, processed for a long time. I uninstalled and installed again no luck.

I can't get into this app now that I updated it. It continues to tell me It has stopped working.

This product doesn't work. You put your info in and it just thinks and never downloads...

Last update broke the app, doesn't even open anymore. Sleep tracking never worked. Basically it's just an expensive watch.

It doesn't sync automatically like the old version. I have to manually sync it and if I miss a day, I can't see what my progress was for that day.

Went from bad to worse, no longer works AT ALL.

Tried installing 3 times when creating an account I put in all the details and it just processes. Waited over 15 mins for it to do something. Doesn't work. My rbx is out of sync and can't link it to my phone. Samsung LG G Vista Android.
