Slideshow for Google Drive for Android
Can't find the mythical "menu." Won't buy full version.
Works with a bunch of buts First of all, images are downloaded to your device. Then you just slideshow it. I think any gallery app does that already. What if I have 40 gigs of pics and a 32 gb internal memory. It does the work but just not good enough for even two stars.
I got a slideshow but only for about 3 images or of a hundred.
Good one
This app works just as described. Unlike WD My Cloud, which ran out of puff completing a presentation on all of my 3 phones. In the paid version, there a 3 transitions. There was one thing I loved about the other app mentioned, and that was the revolving transition, where the photo appears to become paper edge thin as it revolved. Would love to see such a transition added, or replacing one of the the others available. My compliments to the Developer!
It ask for permission to drive, I grant it. Nothing happends
Granted access and it found no pictures, no control over where it looks.

No menu on my Wileyfox Storm!
Nice

In general I do not negatively rank but these guys went a little bit to far. First the user interface is just poor but secondly and most important the free version has a 5 pictures limitation!!!!!
This sh... don't deserves a 1.
Use this at work to display slide images from google Drive for months at a time, so it's possible to update the images without touching the slideshow. Unfortunately, the connection to drive keeps crapping out daily, so it still takes a reauthorization. Manual work, to restart the slideshow. Otherwise would be 5 stars.
Everyone nickel and dimes you. I'm sick and poor. I just want to be able to view all my photos in Google Drive. Great, can't afford it.
This is a great app, although, admittedly, a 10 pic demo is useless and really should be the first line in the description. I don't mean to be cheap, but this is too limited to buy. The other slideshow apps are free, but will draw from everything BUT Google drive....this is paid, but will ONLY draw from Google Drive...now...if you guys could put together an app that would draw from FaceBook, Instagram, et al, AND Google Drive, THAT is something for which I would pay a premium....otherwise, I'll stick to the freebies. One major issue.... This needs to be manually refreshed.... To be useful it needs to at least have the option to automatically refresh from the Google drive when new content is added... This should not be a difficult improvement.... I might be inclined to pay if it had at least that functionality, otherwise it's just a severely limited slideshow program
I finalky realized that the app was the cause of my other streaming apps to keep running out of buffer. My Tunein radio was cutting in and out repeatedly. I finally rebooted my Galaxy Tab and ran just the two apps and confirmed once the slideshow is running in hogs nearly all the bandwidth to the device. Given that Google doesn't have a native app to provide this feature, it's still very useful. However it doesn't allow for multitasking because of the resources it consumes.
Muslimin sake
Bad
Gets stuck in loop saying app is asking for permission to my drive.
Now I can view all my photos without using valuable storage space on my Nexus.
This should be called a demo, trial, or at least have "free" in the title. I would rather have ads than a 10 photo limit - which makes the app useless. I needed a solution fast, so I bought the pro version, which works mostly okay. Just frustrated to read so far through the description to discover the limitation of the free version. (I hadn't read it thoroughly, and when the app kept shutting off after a minute, I initially thought it was just buggy...bad first impression.)
Emailed the developer about the looping permissions problem and it's now fixed. Excellent support and works great.
Can view all my photos straight from Google Drive.
This sh... don't deserves a 1.
Looping problem is fixed so happy to give it 5 stars now

Ignore the user who says it loops. He obviously hasn't looked in his notification bar and clicked the Allow button so the app can access his Google Drive. The app can't see your Drive until you give it permission.
