I have taken a 50mbps connection with a downgrade speed of 1mbps after a threshold limit but...wifi gets jammed and stops working on Regular basis..have to call the service centre but the people there laugh on our complaints and just keep saying one sweet line "we have taken your complaint" . These scumbags don't address issues they just want you to suffer. ASSHOLES

Whenever you call to customer care you never connects to them speed is not constant on paper only 50 mbps rarely you will get 20 to 30 mbps and after downgraded the speed its just like a empty dabba and this app ???nobody cares for your comments also People who have no option are only using this

Is dis really a right app for hathway users. For to know my usage I have to pay dem. Keep it up

Worst internet providers ever. I wonder how are these providers still in market ! My account number is 1149875. I recharged for 3 months to get a extra 1 month offer. But these cheaters didn't provide extra 1 month at all. Plus during the service of 3 months, I had to call them every week regarding connectivity issue. I pity those who give them a good rating. 1 star is also way too much. I wish there was a negative star rating too.

This app is way good. But the only thing is sometimes it doesn't work. For those who think it doesn't work just change server from networks option in the app.

Login option is there but no logout

This app is unable to call the login page. This is the same problem I am facing in browser also.

Not working. Piece of crap.

I use galaxy s2 n its working perfectly 4 me when i chose secondary server in the settings. I am using manual login n now idont need not to switch on laptop, great convenience.

Pretty pointless. Same issues logging in as through my laptop.

Just like Hathway, this app is also cheap; it shouldn't be in app store. I tried all the login addresses, it is just hell bent to give you error everytime, where same time in pc I can open the login page in one try.

Just downloaded it and it works.5 star after using some more days.

Works as intended after all settings are done. Although I have to turn off mobile data everytime to login to Hathaway. With mobile data on it does not login at all.
