VINCI Park has changed and we are now Indigo. Our new Park Indigo App comes with more locations and updated features (new maps, search and filter functions, improved account and payment flows). You can now use the App to search for over 4, 000 locations in 7 countries and you can use the Park Indigo App to pay at many of them – with more locations being enabled all the time.

Terrible parking app. Create an account but doesn't remember any details, select repeat last purchase but doesn't take you to your last purchase. Doesn't actually do anything it's meant to do. Freezes when trying to search, freezes when trying to pay. Completely useless.

I used this to pay for parking at a train station when I was already there but found I didn't have sufficient change! The payment worked as it should. I can't comment on the other features such as finding a car park or pre booking but they look useful

So frustrating. Unable to scroll, so work through the hundred pointless questions on an interface that clearly isn't mobile first, only to require scrolling down to submit details and it just thinks it's already at the bottom of the page. This can't be that difficult, surely!

So, it rarely works. If it works, it freezes. Doesn't remember your details so every morning I have to spend 5 mins re-inputting my name, address, car details, debit card number, expiry etc. All whilst trying to get to my train. Alternative is a 15 min walk to and from ticket office to put a ticket on windscreen or have precisely the right amount of money (£7.80) for ticket machines in car park, which don't give change. Truly appalling piece of work.

Awful experience all round. Confusing navigation, randomly thinks I want to park in France. No responsive design. Some mornings it doesn't 't allow me scroll to down to choose a payment method. Have had one parking ticket due to not being able to select correct tariff. And you pay a 'convenience' charge to use it!

The car park got rid of Connect Cashless Parking for this rubbish app. You have to log in using an email address and password every time. Its is the opposite of what an app should be - quick and speedy. If I had the choice I'd park elsewhere. Its not Indigo, Its Indidon't!

This app fails on most basic design principles. Navigating away from the app forgets all information. Car information cannot be stored. Cannot favourite any lots. Long load times. Defaulting to French at random. Would be very hesitant to entrust my money to Indigo via this app. Pay at the machine instead.

Utterly useless app. Works maybe 10% of the time if you're lucky and even then it's still possible to get a ticket. Appeals won't reply to you and they will threaten you to court. Just buy a ticket with change don't make the same mistake I did and trust the app.

Why have an app if you can't pay for a service through it? You pinpoint a carpark on the map, but you dont list it for payment. WTF....The website is rubbish to.

The purpose of the app should be to assist that customer in buying a ticket. Why are you charging a premium for this? Carrying £5.80 in change each day is clearly a crazy option given the machines no longer give change so the app should be an alternative not a luxury service.

I now use my bike. It's an extra half hour of travel but that's a lot quicker and less stressful than using this appalling app. And I don't just save the extortionate parking fee, I don't have to pay the 20p these robbers charge for saving them from having to empty the cash machine.

If you want to park somewhere and use an app to save time, Park somewhere else. Or bring cash. Many other apps are quick and easy to use. This one is slow, long winded and requires some info put in twice (email address). If I had a choice I would pay more to park with another company so I can use app quickly and easily.

Words cannot describe how frustrating this app is to use. For something that is supposed to facilitate quick and easy payment of parking it fails on almost every level. If I had ANY other mobile payment options at the specific car parks that use it I would choose them. I recommend carrying change in preference.

Giving this app one star, because zero stars isn't technically possible. Quite how a person, or group of people, thought it would be acceptable to publish this app is beyond me. Even when it works it is seriously flawed.

Downloaded it in a parking lot. Way too complicated at first glance for a parking app. All I want is to enter my meter number, select a time and hit pay. This app fails the user friendly criteria by miles

The boxes don't fit the screen so you cant see the information you need to input! Useless! Sort it out

FAR too many pages to go through to book a parking space, and on the last page the scrolling doesn't work, so the confirm button is off the bottom of my screen!! I figured out that I can see it only by "hiding rate information". I also notice that the graphic for paying for parking, in a Canadian location, has cha GED from "$" to the symbol for the UK pound. I wonder where the development work is being done ;) ...? Maybe they should hire some testers.

Utterly, utterly dreadful experience. Entirely insensitive to the needs of a commuter who just wants to pay n go. Using a ticket machine is actually faster than this app! Need to log in every time. Remember me checkbox doesn't work. Email field not set for email entry, ie using a dot automatically sets a space and shifts to cap for new sentence which is not what you need for email. Then you choose your car. Then you choose your credit card. All needing setup beforehand. Then if you still have a signal that hasn't hiccup'ed and gracelessly spat you out to begin again you might get a reservation. Might. Really. If I get a ticket tonight because I relied on this app as I caught my train this morning I will not be happy.

For a company like indigo, this app is shameful. Zero sw testing before being released to the general public. The bugs are too much to even mention.

Gave only one attempt at a password before locking me out of my account and the reset code sent to my phone wasn't given as a hyperlink. Useless when you are on the move and want to pay for parking

Where to start? Open app, takes a short while to find location, a marker on a map appears. No direction on what you need to do. I click on the marker, it shows limited information at the bottom of screen, I click that. I'm left guessing where to click next. I tap in many places on the screen, it advances. Let's just say this is not an intuitive app but let's put that to one side and review the mechanics of the app. I start filling in my details, it is painful, the buttons are unresponsive, you are often left wondering if you've clicked something, I'm sat here now wondering if I've bought 3x's tickets. Then it does something very special - it stops scrolling when you move away and then back to the screen that holds your details. The only reason I moved away from that screen was to put card details in... That I'd already entered. Only way I could successfully advance in this app was by creating an account and leaving my card details in the account, something I didn't want to do. Let's face it, the parking 'industry' is lazy at best and this app fits perfectly in that bracket - lazy.

Can't scroll down to pay. Website suffers same problem with chrome for android. Forced to use full site with Firefox which is very hard to use on a touch screen. Fix it please!

App Never works and nobody answers their customer service number or replies to emails. Which means you are exposed to getting a parking ticket.

You cannot pay for your parking ticket using the app unless you pre pay, and 20mb download.. Functionality stuck in 2010, if I was the developer I'd hide this useless app from my portfolio.

Very slow app with confusing UI. Last time I wanted to pay for parking I had to connect a mice to my phone to be able to scroll the interface otherwise unresponsive.
