Como seres gregarios, el ser humano siempre ha necesitado del contacto con el otro para poder

desarrollarse en todo su potencial. En esa relación interpersonal, la comunicación ha sido fundamental

para poder generar el vínculo con sus seres cercanos y con su comunidad.

En la medida en que iba avanzando una sociedad consolidada en la explotación del hombre por el

hombre, la comunicación dejó de estar al servicio del desarrollo colectivo y pasó a ser un instrumento de

control social de los sectores dominantes, ya que estos disponían de los medios económicos, políticos y

tecnológicos necesarios para legitimar sus intereses y presentarlos como del conjunto.

Es aquí cuando la comunicación se concentra, se mercantiliza, se homogeniza a favor de la

construcción de un orden social que promueve el individualismo, la desigualdad, la alienación.

No obstante, a lo largo de la historia siempre hubo resistencias. Resistencia de quienes creen que la

comunicación debe estar al servicio de los pueblos, debe promover la integración y la cooperación entre

todos para alcanzar los ideales de justicia, libertad e igualdad.

VillaNos Radio, abrevando en la política institucional que ha caracterizado y caracteriza a la Cooperativa

Integral de Villa Carlos Paz, se inscribe dentro de este movimiento de resistencia.

Entendemos a la comunicación como una herramienta de transformación y un servicio público.

Partiendo desde esta definición, es que sostenemos que la información es un bien social y no una

mercancía.

Aspiramos a desarrollar una comunicación capaz de interpelarnos como ciudadanos, desde una postura

crítica y siempre pensando sobre la ciudad que queremos: una ciudad socialmente integrada,

ambientalmente sustentable y con distribución equitativa de la riqueza producida por el trabajo.

Entendemos que esa redistribución no concierne sólo a cuestiones materiales, sino también

inmateriales. Y es justamente a través de la cultura y la educación que el ser humano se siente

integrado a una ciudad, porque se lo contempla en toda su integridad.

En este sentido, consideramos que la práctica periodística debe ser la herramienta para interpelar a la

sociedad, deconstruyendo interpretaciones sobre la realidad basadas en prejuicios y falsos sentidos

comunes. A la vez, abogamos por la construcción de la información a partir de criterios de rigurosidad,

parcialidad y objetividad, entendiendo a esta última no como neutralidad sino como la necesaria

remisión a las fuentes informativas; es decir, a los datos que intervienen en la interpretación de los

hechos.

Como actor social, el periodista no está ajeno a la realidad ni se inscribe en ella como mero observador.

Al contrario, asume un rol protagónico en los procesos sociales, abogando por la construcción de

ciudadanía informada y crítica.

La intención es que VillaNos Radio se convierta en una caja de resonancia de la comunidad. Una radio

abierta a la demanda popular. Sabemos que quien tiene la palabra, también tiene un gran poder. Hoy

nos proponemos construir una palabra colectiva que tiene la intención de construir poder popular.



VillaNos Radio es un proyecto comunicacional de la Cooperativa Integral. As gregarious beings, human beings have always needed the contact with the other to

develop to their full potential. At the interpersonal relationship, communication has been vital

to generate the bond with their loved ones and their community.

To the extent that it was advancing a consolidated exploitation of man by society

man, communication ceased to serve the collective development and became an instrument of

social control of key sectors, as they possessed the economic, political means

technological resources to legitimize their interests and present them as the whole.

This is where communication is concentrated, is commodified, homogenized in favor of the

construction of a social order that promotes individualism, inequality, alienation.

However, throughout history there has always been resistance. Resistance from those who believe that

Communication must be at the service of the people, should promote integration and cooperation between

all to achieve the ideals of justice, freedom and equality.

Radio villains, providing water in the institutional policy that has characterized and characterizes Cooperativa

Integral of Villa Carlos Paz, is part of this resistance movement.

We understand communication as a tool for transformation and a public service.

Starting from this definition, we hold that the information is a social good and not a

commodity.

We aim to develop a communication able to challenge us as citizens, from a position

critical and always thinking about the city we want: a socially integrated city,

environmentally sustainable and equitable distribution of wealth produced by labor.

We understand that this redistribution does not concern only material things but also

immaterial. And it is through culture and education that humans feel

built a city, because it is viewed in its entirety.

In this regard, we believe that the practice of journalism should be the tool to be challenged to

society, deconstructing interpretations of reality based on prejudices and false senses

common. At the same time, we advocate the construction of information based on criteria of rigor,

partiality and objectivity, understanding the latter not as neutral but as the necessary

reference to information sources; that is, the data involved in interpreting

acts.

As a social actor, the reporter is no stranger to reality or is part of it as a mere observer.

On the contrary, it takes center stage in social processes, advocating building

informed and critical citizenry.

The intention is that villains Radio becomes a sounding board for the community. A radio

open to popular demand. We know who has the floor, also it has great power. Today

we intend to build a collective word that it intends to build popular power.
