Agree with others about online check in not working. Useless.

Too bad

Let me see. Cannot book flight. Cannot check in online. Cannot check flight schedule. Why do they even have an app in the first place? This is the worst airline app or in fact any app that I have seen. What a waste of time!

Last name, booking reservations. These are the two things you need when checking into a flight. Neither work. This is worst official airline app I've ever seen. Do yourselves a favour Vietnam Airlines and please remove this and start over.

Can't book a flight. Says To field is required. No drop down of destinations. Frustrating. I give up.

The app is stupid. It still needs a lot of improvement.

Downloaded to check-in for my flight, just gives me a blank screen. Useless.

Very bad app considering it is an official airline app. No online check-in, cannot check flight status, website doesnt display properly.

Why cannot show boarding pass on the app after online check-in time but before boarding?

The app is slow or else it does not work. For example, the miles estimator is slow to load, and then does not respond to any field. That makes it useless. It does not show trips. Surely it could show current bookings made with my frequent flyer number. All in all, fairly useless.

Keep saying i have the wrong phone number wont let me continue. Where the tech support?

Hard to navigate. You can search your flight but can't add it to the app. I keep losing airpoints because I can't put my flights on my account. You can't manage your flight. I can't even find a option to manage if I could add. Come on guys have a look at how the rest of the world does this and get your act together

Phần mềm đã khắc phục truy cập với 3g nhưng tôi ko tìm được hành trình sắp tới (đã mua vé và đăng kí số thẻ) trước đây có chức năng này mà nhỉ?

Asked me for reservation code and will not let me input a number while my reservation code have one. Input filter at its finest..

The app ia not working for Online booking, keep loading nonstop.

So poor and always hanging. Some airports are some time missing. Very very slowly if it's funktions. Delete it.

Ended up deleting for good it cos it never started even after 4 installations. But what do you expect??... the app is at the image of the airlines... Useless and unreliable

Đề nghị xem lại và hiệu chỉnh gấp app này. Từ khi update gần đây luôn bị crash ko dùng đc, vào app cứ bị báo lỗi hoặc loading rồi treo app luôn. VNA là 1 hãng HK quốc gia ko thể để 1 app như thế này trong khi đã có nhiều người dùng có ý kiến. Còn gì là thể diện?!

Worst app I have ever installed. Not a surprise though since its from the worst airlines on Earth.

Could pick seats, not check in... It's also really slow.

Terrible. Waste of time installing. Cannot book flights as error that says no "to" selected. Had to use web anyway so what is the point?

It is the worse app I have never seen so far. It should be improved as soon as possible
