About My Neo Mobile App
The Northeast Ohio Regional Library System (NEO-RLS) is a support organization that provides continuing education, professional development, technology support, group purchasing and many other benefits to ALL the academic, school, special and public libraries in the 22 northeast counties of Ohio.
ALL libraries are automatic “geographic” members of NEO, if they exist within the counties of Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Wayne.
Many libraries also choose to become “full” members of NEO, which means they pay dues so as to enjoy additional benefits, including a 50% reduction in all service costs, access to valuable group discounts and more.
Created in 2006, NEO combined the talents, energies and libraries of The Cleveland Area Metropolitan Library System (CAMLS), The Northern Ohio Library Association (NOLA) and The Mid-Ohio Library Organization (MOLO). We are fortunate to receive a grant each year from The State Library of Ohio and our remaining revenue comes from membership dues, service fees and grants. NEO has, since 2006, enjoyed the financial support of The NOLA Trust to support many of our special programs and services.
We’re your regional! Whether your library is a geographic or full member of NEO, take a look and see what we can do to help you serve your customers better.
