User Centre + for Android
Considering they already developed the widget seems like they are needlessly dragging their feet to reimplement it. Seems like dishonest business practices to get more people over their monthly cap. Looks like I'll be switching to Freedom in February when my contract is up. Edit: fact that you don't have an answer to what is essentially tanking your app rating confirms that you guys don't care about what your customers want.
Doesn't let me sign in. Keeps giving error message. Regretted that I updated. Old version was so easy to see my data usage.. Please don't fix what is not broke. Bring back the old widget!update - ** still does not work! So ridiculous. Been weeks with no app. Why is it so complicated to fix??
Has been unable to load my data for several weeks at least. I think it used to work since the last update in the Spring; but can't be certain. Is there any way to fix this?
It used to be good, and I'm NOT taking about the widget thing. Around December 5th 2016, the app stopped working, all of the sudden. I spent hours on troubleshooting, uninstalling other apps recently updated expecting it to "wake up" from an occasional conflict with other apps. Nothing changed. And the problem is consistent, as it happens in both my phone and tablet (both running Android 5.0.1). As reported by other users, it uselessly sticks to the loading screen. Reinstalling didn't work either. Very sad.
Can't create a profile. Filled with error messages and "please try again later". Even the "view usage of this device" feature isn't working all of a sudden. It prompts you to type in your cell number to send you a code, which it does, but despite entering the code provided, it just brings me back to "please enter your phone number" screen. Monitoring your data/usage, is a GREAT feature...now if only it would work! #frustrating
First we lose the widget and now the app doesn't even work. It tried to connect but just sits there spinning away. How am I supposed to keep track of my data usage now? This is ridiculous!
Si j'utilise le bouton pour *supprimer* appeler (autocorrection!) le service à la clientèle, l'application plante. Aussi, j'aimerais que l'application m'offre le choix de langue (français) au lieu de se baser sur celui du système (anglais). EDIT: comme vous pouvez constater plus haut, oui je voulais dire appeler. It is showing me my usage from last cycle. More or less useless if I can't see my current usage.
This app stopped working, not sure why! It was working fine and I liked it because it was user friendly and I could tell when my next bill was due and how much it was going to be.
Data usage isn't always up to date. And, the inability to pay your bill from the app is an enormous drawback.
I need back my widget! It was the most useful thing and you remove it, hoping we bust our limit!? And the app is always crashing, it doesn't seems to work with business users!!
Had this installed for a year, then 2 weeks ago it stopped working and won't connect. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I expect better than this from Videotron.
Well, right now, I am not seeing my data usage. But I did advise Videotron and they said they would fix it!!
This is going around now for almost a year maybe more still not working just get the old one back that's it that's all ...keep investigating what it's not working it's time that u know it's not working how many comments telling you that OR that's what videotron wants not to know where are we in using data
It doesnt work anymore I can't see how much data left on the main page it's blank and then when I click on the yellow rectangle ( where the data is blank ) it says Error loading the page please try again later. :)
The woman at the "customers "service" " told me my data limite was busted by 85mb and it will cost me 25 bucks (that is unacceptable) but the apps told me my usage is at 1.99gb.... And on Twitter Videotron the update, which is update. So even the company don't think there apps work...
Re-installed the app and still not working. Loved this app at first now stopped working altogether. Ne fonctionne plus.
Much like the app the customer service is just as useless. Over charged and added features that I didn't ask for. Called multiple times maybe a public notice will help.
I sign up then go to usage of this mobile then after identification I click on the data usage card it went to the user and password again and it creat endless loop . worst app ever!
I have a business cellphone account, and now I can only see the total data used, two days ago I was able to see the daily usage, the app doesn't allow that because it asks me to login, which I can't because this is not a residential account. Please don't update the app, because every time you do it, you end up screwing it up.
Total BS. Kinda funny they sell and provide your data plans but cant figure out how to make their app work properly. Bunch of freakin' clowns if you ask me.
the idea is good but weak implementation. Keeps crushing. Error messages and many bugs
I have problems with the app now, can't see how many days left in my plan and not sure it is tracking properly my data. It keeps sayig that there's an error in the app.
Fonctionne mal, toute était correct, pis la faut toujours que je me connecte et ça ne fonctionne pas. Je valide mon numéro avec le code et ce n'est pas assez... Vraiment pas le goût de perdre du temps avec ça. J'attends maintenant une réponse automatique de "on va regarder ça".

Only thing it does is show how much money videotron charges and when you have to pay them. It sucks.
Doesn't give me any of my information and always displays that there's an error to try again later it's it's been over 2 weeks and I've tried removing and reading the app and still no success
Needs an update!! It is broken. Getting Protocol error and page doesn't load after splash screen. I have installed and reinstalled and still getting same problem. Restarted my phone and still same issue.
Mois après mois, toujours pas de widget pour la consommation. C'est surtout pas comme si 90% du monde qui chialent demandent de ravoir le widget.

Internet usage is useless, it's been 3 days since my cell data usage has been refreshed and still waiting!....What's the point of app if we can't get real time data usage !!!!

Couldn't remember my password, so I tried to change it through the application. Kept giving me an error. Went on the website to reset it, which worked. Ever since, the application can't allow me to login. After 2 tries it tells me my account is now blocked. Was never able to login through the application. Now I have to go through the website to track my usage. Didn't rate it one star cause I don't hate it.. It just doesn't work.
I hate this compared to the old Mobile Usage app! -Regression in functionality and ease of use. -Never updates custom addendums to a data usage plan-(the mobile usage app did in less than a day -User Centre is bloatware videotron. It shows me 95% of stuff I don't care about and buries the stuff I do. And then does so in a half-assed manor. This app is fine as a 'user center'. But as a replacement for the Mobile usage app it gets a **negative** 5 stars!!!!! Very few happy people here Videotron. Are the 5 star reviews above 'stolen' from the old widget app's? Thats not good for statistics....

Bring the widget back. I have no use for a login walled app. I need to quickly and accuratly see my usage. If I want more specific info that needs a login i'll do it on my pc.
Why remove the widget? The only thing that makes this app worth it? Why force us to log in? Why why why? I can't even begin to understand how anyone would think it's a good idea.
The main purpose of this app was the widget. it showed everything a costumer would be interested in. Why did you took it away? It makes no sense

After almost a year we have yet to get the widget back. By now videotron should have figured out that their bad review of this app is entirely due to the loss of the widget. If only they would read their customers comments. The previous version did its job perfectly. Extremely disappointed.
