What is this app? What is Uplifted?


Uplifted is my Private Yoga Community.


How is this different from the VHX app?


You can still use the VHX app to access Uplifted video content and training plans. If that’s your preference, do it! This Uplifted app includes quick links to our Facebook Group, Live Video Chat, and Podcasts, in addition to everything already on VHX. Think of it like a mobile hub that helps you take advantage of all Uplifted has to offer.


I’m an Uplifted member - how do I start using this app?


Enter the email address attached to your Uplifted membership at the Sign In page. Next, check your email on your mobile device. Press the confirmation button in your email and wait for this app to re-open (this may take several seconds). Your account is then synced with this app.


How is this different from the original Brett Larkin Yoga app?


This app is for members of my private yoga community Uplifted, only. The Brett Larkin Yoga app still enables you to download videos to your phone one-by-one. Uplifted is an all access pass, interactive community, book club and more.
