I signed up, waited, got approved. I apply to gig's to find out later they are no longer available. I'm seriously considering removing this. I work for several companies and I never had this much trouble. I have a lot of experience doing these jobs; I won't wait around it's a waste of my time. People being considered just on looks alone shouldn't be why they are hired. I've worked all over doing BA work at events for companies; I have way more work experience then I've been given credit for. I travel all over also but I've not received any work through this app. It doesn't even tell you why some one else was chosen, or that they were. This needs fixed. It's really not worth it.

I'll get notified for jobs that don't exist. I have a glitch on the page where it asks why your a good fit for the role. There use to be a box where you could answer, now there isn't. I reached out to the support team and they haven't gotten back to me. I use to rave about this app to my friends now I regret doing so.

Unfortunately, booking through the app is troublesome, I have had one gig where I was not booked into the app until two weeks after I had completed the gig. Payment is an absolute joke, for most other marketing agencies you get paid no more than 2 weeks after the hours had been verified by the client, however Victory makes you wait up to 90 days? There's absolutely no reason for this, especially if I've been waiting for two weeks after my hours were confirmed to get paid. And support is non-existent, I tried calling about this but they said their offices were closed due to the hurricane that happened 3 months ago? It's been impossible to get any response from these people, so I would suggest avoiding at all cost. There are better agencies you can try, like WorkMarket, Two Dots, Modern Promos, even Craigslist or Facebook! Please avoid wasting your time using this app, until they can fix their awful support.

Nothing works. Its always blank. How does victory keep any of their jobs staffed?

I miss using the website for gigs. 9/10 times the darn app doesn't even work, it just freezes up and more often than not I just get a blank, white screen. I've reinstalled it numerous times with the same issues.

Awesome company!! I love being able schedule my own hours and the gigs are fun and pay great!

The app is consistently blank, it only loads 25% of the time. The gigs are gone before I can view them.

(LIKE if this helps you) Note: Review about fast cash is fake=In app, says pay can take upto 90 days after event ends. Website says apply online or in app, but all online profiles have been deleted/no way to apply online. To update app you have to uninstall/reinstall, if still screwed up call Victory direct to fix. For me when I apply, it just says waiting for manager selection FOREVER.. Like I've never been hired via the app yet (I've had this app since they moved from web to app), Victory just hires me by phone & then books me using the app. For IO, I waited 10 days to get hired after using app, only to find out no one knew I applied. Others say they get hired through the app (iOS vs Android?) Can't tell if my resume is attached nor which one. App is not intuitive. Doesn't say in app but Resume must be PDF. Convert photos to JPG before uploading. Always wants GPS on, turn on GPS first before loading. They don't tell you, but you have to download the app, & get approved first before you can apply. If you call/email before downloading the app, you will waste day(s) trying to get on a gig & make your Referral look bad, no exceptions. All BA's have to use this app to get hired to work anything. BA's: Use your pay-to name in the app, else you will be paid with whatever name you use in the app. After event, don't be alarmed if your pay tab looks all screwed up and/or if app hasn't calculated overtime, if need pay verification contact Accounting(at)victory-agency(dot)com To SILENCE it: from your PhoneSettings/AppMgr/Victory/Notifications/OFF!!

All pages are blank. The update hasnt improved anything when there is nothing but white showing

I get notifications I've been invited but can't look at them in app. All pages show as blank.

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall for it to work.

Beyond basic app. Doesn't close like a normal app.

app needs a lot of work to make it useful in the long run. unable to upload files from downloads or other file programs. unable to edit photos properly. I wish the website version would stay running for another year.

The app don't work. I'm trying to upload a picture and it shut down. But the app do have great gigs. A girl on my job got paid $600.00 one day and the next gig she got $175.00. You can make fast legit money. Some pay cash. So it's real. That why I'm signed up or at least trying too.

Have had a good experience so far.

Everytime I try to view notifications that alerted me it disappears from the notification tab so I'm unable to view any messages that have been sent to me. My app shows that it's updated so not sure what the problem is.

Had problems at first but found ways to correct them. It was very nice that the President contacted me to help correct the problems. It's very convenient.

After some hiccups getting started and getting my pictures and resume uploaded another way, it turns out to be a very convenient, one stop solution for booking gigs.

Used to have trouble booking gigs, signing in & out, updating my profile all through the app, but no more. Thankfully, it seems those days are over. Good looking out, Victory!

It won't let me register. I hit submit & it says my bio needs to be filled out. It is filled out

I am not able to get gigs. They'll come in my email but they're not on the app. It's always telling me no gigs. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and i cannot update so i don't know what's the problem. Willing to take any advice.

Applied to tons of gigs and didn't hear back from any of them. App was glitchy. Notifications to "potential" gigs were annoying. Not a fan.

A bit of a setback to have to make a new profile after having one for more than a year. Will staff be able to compare and see our other profiles? Profile is under review currently but might just stick to applying on website.

Creating new login credentials worked. Had to upload new everything, but that's not much of an inconvenience. Looking forward to seeing what this application has to offer in terms of client/contractor relations. And also I'm very pleased that the victory team is taking the time to communicate with us. Simply replying to comments, emails, and phone messages goes a long way
