This app was great until Day 4 and it will no longer let you log until you pay to "go pro" even though it's advertised as a free app. Will be uninstalling!

Great app for the 21 day fix program! Simple to use and worth paying a couple of dollars for. I tried other related apps and didn't enjoy using them. Would like to see check marks for completed days on the list and workouts in synced to match your start day of the program otherwise excellent app!

About 4 days into using this app I kept getting a pop-up asking me to upgrade to pro for. 99 I couldn't do anything else within the app without getting blocked by the pop-up so it felt very scammy that it was advertised as free but then they charge to continue use after a couple days.

So far, so good. After day 3 you have to pay for the app, but it's a small price to pay if you really like tracking your 21 day plan. I believe it's worth it!
