Canals connecta

CANALS CONNECTA es una aplicación del ayuntamiento de Canals, de comunicación y gestión de incidencias en el equipamiento urbano y de participación ciudadana. Permite a los ciudadanos de Canals notificar directamente al ayuntamiento en tiempo real diversos tipos de incidencias, averías o desperfectos que se puedan encontrar en la localidad.

Un servicio totalmente gratuito con el que el ciudadano contribuye a un mejor funcionamiento de los servicios municipales, proporcionando a los técnicos la información necesaria para mantener el buen estado del municipio.

Todas las incidencias son registradas, analizadas y remitidas al departamento responsable. El registro de la incidencia se hace mediante geolocalización para determinar el lugar de la incidencia.

La misma aplicación incluye un apartado de bando municipal, noticias locales, participación, agenda de eventos y un área de información con teléfonos de interés.
