TinMen Homely Food Ordering

Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have home food . I've been using from past 1month . Food is definitely homemade and tasty . They didn't even miss single order

No proper response from support team. Don't order fruits they smell very bad. Worst experience.

Need better interface for your android app. The screenshots show ios screenshots which seem awesome... Why isn't it on android app with that type of interface

Well. I tried this app today I am extremely delightful to write my review 1) Deliver of food - on time 2) Packing - Awesome, used eco friendly packing instead​ of regular packing cover. 3) Ordered food from Ahobilam (organic) - T astes good, felt like home food. 4) But the quantity of rice is heavy for me, I felt like adding half bowl of rice instead of full, so the cost can come down to 70-80. Felt the price can make it to 70-80 rs and add top on like curd/ any other item. /Bhargava

Horrible app, there is no means of providing any feedback for the orders. Also, the food is not sufficient, I ordered 5 phulkas, and mushroom paneer curry, the quantity was so less and the phulkas were so thin like papad, I still felt hungry after having them. If you charge 6 rs. Each phulka, you should at least provide good quality. Ordered first time and hated it, so uninstalling the app. Ridiculous.

Navigation in previous version was better, the new update makes it a pain to browse chefs (moving in and out instead of parallel view).. I suggest sticking to previous version's UI.

couldn't register with name which already exists people may have common names i am not even not able to register my account

If Tinmen finds a way to provide breakfast maintaining same quality as lunch I would be soo much happy

This app is a great help and good alternative but few things need to be sort out. 1- The rates are too high for daily consumption, 2- A feedback system needs to be there for your specific order or chef, 3- Customer Support is not reachable due to poor connectivity.

Tinmen is good, but I don't want lunch , i want only add ons. But they are allowing only 3 add ons, after updating the app, lunch is compulsory... now its became worst, so pls change the option nd increase the add ons... otherwise 10 stars.....

Earlier version app was good in fast loading, now worst response.. always waiting waiting.. Is there any option to switch again in earlier version?

Looks like they fixed all issues in new update. Got my refund for item i didnt order.

They have an absolutely horrible service. They did not deliver food and when I tried calling the customer care they just hung up on me and stopped responding to my calls. They din't even bother getting back to me about my issue. Definitely do no order if you don't want to waste your money.

Being new to Hyderabad thought this was awesome service. 1 . Food was delivered on time 2. Professional and eco friendly packing 3. Good but small quantity, now we know why it's cheap. My order was from green box 4. Most disappointing was missing lettuce from salad. It's like ordering palak paneer but there is no paneer.5. customer care was responsive and came back with apology but no solution. 6 lack of feedback system on chefs 7. No process to check quality between what is advertised and what is delivered Update : missing items is a big issue but customer care sends a timely apology. Had a similar issue with another chef. Feedback system need on a good curry rather than just chef. Increase curry quantity with roti / phulka

A food app with a difference. Prices are low, the food choices have been curated and the delivery is hassle free especially so post the first delivery. The start/pause auto order feature for the week makes things so much easier too. Looking for affordable, everyday food options and want some peace of mind? Then this is the option for you.

They gave me one item instead of other item in parcel. And if i ask them, their customer service was very worst. Even they are not responding. Other wise i would give them 5 star rating.

I installed the app, it installed but crashed for the very first time. After that I got stuck for a very long time in update info... Having done all that the app doest open fine and now it opens and keeps complaining about no internet connection even when there is internet.

Lil more publicity is need for app. I work in IT sector and till now I didn't come across your app.

Hi Tinmen please check my wallet money is 252 it is showing 2rs, waiting since 15 day's no revert?

The food was stone cold, the kofta balls were like rocks, the phulkas were hard and thick, the rice was cold and undercooked, the dal was bland and watery. What is the point of taking the order one day ahead if you can't even deliver a hot mean.

I filled my Wallet. After filling am unable to place order. ??? Help me with d issue.

App is good but hangs up with white screen specially while making payment and on app launch

The app is super simple and like the sodexo pick up option. Will definitely give it a try
