Poor quality regardless of phone's name brand. iphone or android. Whatsap app is far better, its just some friends dont use Whatsap so i have to use Viber to reach them. But...Viber has protected chats which not offered on Whatsap. If privacy is an important for you get both. Telegram is nice too for texting. i would rate Viber 6 out of 10.

Android wear crashes all the time with new version. At times when i look at my watch i am confronted with a notification that viber has crashed on a white background. Not the coolest view, i expect to see my watchface. Anyway i can install only the regular app and remove the wear instance? Updated: fixed!! Back to awesome again....

I am extremely annoyed with viber out service. I tried calling 5 times on a mobile no in Pakistan, everytime for 3 minutes, I hear the same sentences repeating that were spoken in the first 30 seconds of the call .. I can't hear their conservation, but they can hear me ...

Screenshot protection is not working for iPhone, however on my android 6.0.1 it's working. Calls have bad quality, low sound almost unusable - no difference on WiFi or 4G. Hidden chat supposed to show notification ? Just doesn't seem right, you have to hide all the notification for those.

Latest os update to my Galaxy S7 Edge has screen resolution option. When I set it to WQHD, viber has some problem. Right side and bottom of the chat show with white label and horrible to continue chat. I have no issues with other apps. Only viber is my problem. Could you please solve with your next update?

It's good that there's a option to delete messages that we sent mistakenly. It's better if there's a option to delete conversations from both sides, even the messages other person sent. I'll be grateful if you can add a feature for that. I faced a problem recently. I think many people would love to have that feature. Thank u.

New update: online status changes from last time opened viber app. We all want the old online status even our phone is locked. Also since the last update. My messages are not being delivered on time, thus not being able to read on time. Thus had to switch to fb messenger or whatsapp to communicate. WE LIKE THE OLD VIBER!!!

I pay for viber--out, but they annoy me with ads!! I would dislike viber if they would introduce ads in order to make people pay more for ad-free. But it is worse: one can even not pay more to get rid of their junk. I hate it. Watch your crap yourself. I am not your waste-basket to be filled with junk!

This version is a mess. The new online policy is just so wrong it's the same as whatsapp's and the fact that you never know when someone is really there/online is frustrating. I don't know why you changed it when everyone was pleased with the old one??!! It shows me on some contacts the last online year 1970!! Please fix this.

This app is getting worse with every update. There are many messages that were sent to me, but I didnt receive them, but when I look into the phone of the senders the messages were sent 100%. Now I receive a great number of messages while sending a message that there is no service and to check my connection, but it becomes that I have a good connection and the problem comes from the bad viber service, why I must check my connection every time when the problem is in vibers services? And with the latest updates I can not open viber messages right from the notifications bar, its impossible, I must di it only after I start the viber application. Whats the problem guys????

The new online status is absolutely HORRIBLE...its just like whatsapp of messenger where people see when a person has last used the app. One of the main thing that people loved about this app was the ability to view who was online even if their phone was locked....now its just like whatsapp and messenger. Plz revert back to the previous version!!!

When will you guys add backup of images on my google drive account. Since whenever I reflash my phone and restore Viber image folder, Viber cannot see those images created for backed up chats? P.S. please optimise app, sticker market is slooooow and app is generally high consumer in RAM section.

What happen to the new version of viber? Its annoying. You just chatting with the person then in a minutes or hour. You see last online march 10. What the! I used to love this apps but now I hate it because you will not see who's online after you off your mobile. It's not like before. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION!

Very good. I use a lot of different platforms so it's great to find a good messenger that supports all the major mobile and desktop Operating systems. Only thing that's slightly disappointing is the lack of Android nougat home screen shortcuts support.

Used to be great at some point. Now it's become too bloated of stuff we don't need and connectivity seems to have issues. Also ads started showing up, which is understandable and at least not too intrusive. Every app is just trying to add and add and add features lately and they finally lose the point. A pity, really.

This login thing is really irritating. There should be alternative login option such as using email address or etc. I am using my home country mobile no. to login. i lost my mobile, bought new one, installed Viber, inserted my home country's SIM card to re-signin and guess what, my SIM has expired and can't be used anymore. Great!!!!

Accidentally let the app update to the new version, terrible! Constant pop up for messages even though it's unchecked. Why ruin a useful app, I wish I had the previous version back.

Update: Hot fix fixed the problem below. **Since the last update, my LG G Watch R (Android Wear) shows the error message "Unfortunately, Viber has stopped." message ever 5 minutes. The error message has to be manually dismissed. Only way to avoid is to uninstall Viber! Please fix.**

My friends and I love Viber, but the online status is so bugged. I can be texting my friend, then when they go offline, it will say that they were last online a few days ago. It doesn't give me an accurate time, so I never know if I can trust it. That's my only issue with Viber.

Approx 15-30 second delay before the person I call can hear me. Sometimes choppy connection. Appreciate being able to send photos/documents by instant message, as my current cell plan supports text message only. Feature request: I wish I could use Viber to call landlines, and non-viber users.

After recent updates the keyboard is freezing as fck. Can't type and close viber. At Samsung s7 which power should be enough for running this

I'm using it for past 3 days for group chat. When calling to other person some diturbances r coming but it showing the signal strength is excellent for both of us. It was awesome when sending stickers to frnds but it was jus strucking. I updated my latest version already. After that only call has slight problems of noise coming. And 1 more problem i added a profile pic to group & i was the admin to group. Here the problem the pic is not showing some times but for all it was diaplaying. Only for me it was not viewing. All the time i was adding the pic again & again. It was so horrible. Plz fix all the issues as soon as possible. Thank u in advance..

As of today photo messages do not go through...keep getting "your photo message to x was not sent" and even after retrying no success.Also,unlike so far, from time to time I get "unfortunately viber has stopped working" Please fix it asap it's frustrating A day later problems fixed so rating dully editted- thanks so much

Hi there. Currently I live in Germany and it's been a while that viber doesn't work anymore here. Although the WiFi works super good but I get the msg "disconnected, calls and msgs unavailable". I use the latest version of Android. Thank you in advance.

Viber developers, please bring back the previous online status option. Your new version with "last seen" is horrible. You offer nothing better than whatsapp or messenger.

Am not able to use viber. It's keep loading my country code but nothing appears and when I have put all the details.Its again return to country code! Please suggest something

What's happened to this app after the latest update? It's s complete mess. And please fix online status as this was before. It seems nobody is online and it's impossible. I want to stay online when I close the app.

The new update doesn't show the correct online status also it appears that there is an unread messages on viber icon while no messages are unread even after reinstalling the app and wiped the cash , so kindy check to solve the issues

No idea why the app simply shuts down (meaning no background process either) after every chat session OR upon staying idle during chat sessions. After a chat, I head off to my home screen and lock my phone. Upon turning it on, Viber disappears

It's all right. we do use it more often in family and friends but I do have a problem with bluetooth headset - the problem is I can't answer calls using the default button for answering calls - I am using Samsung Level U bluetooth headset - the answer button isn't working on all this three devices : Galaxy Note 2 on stock 4.4.2 and Galaxy tab A 2016 on 6.0 and Tab A 2015 on 6.0 - when pressing the answer button it doesn't do anything. The call on viber keeps ringing I have to pick up the phone and press answer on the screen to be able to speak. Please fix it

We all want the old version that show us who is online or no even if their mobile locked not like now the last time that the person open the app please get it back because thit point let viber more different than another apps

I used to have a windows 7 phone and viber was terrible on it but it's fantastic on the S4! Upgraded to S7, also excellent. Changed phones again to the Samsung C7, also good!

PLEASE back to the previous online status policy. This new is so bad. This is not the same app anymore. When I see that someone was online for example 30 minutes ago I don't know if is still here or not. Very bad change.

Very disappointed with viber doesnt show my status as online as well as my contacts always says im offline even when im not , as well as other problems what a shame viber i would not recommend this to anyone .

Unfortunately the notifications don't work on latest version even if I hear message arrive ! I have to open app to read messages as they no outher visual indication a message has arrived

From the last update, the app shows blank notification at regular intervals which is annoying. When calling a contact, RBT is heard but calling screen does not appear. Please fix these bugs.

Hate the new definition for online status. You are only online when you are actually running the app not like before when you actually had internet. The actual online status os better, if I have internet I am online not only online if I am running the app.
