I am not even able to move beyond the registration screen. Says that username already exists even when I submit a completely BLANK form. No matter what email address I try, even a brand new email address prompts the error that an account with that email address already exists. Very discouraged as I try to start a new workout program.

Had some difficulty with initial set up but John was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable walking us step by step thru the setup process. He even followed up the next day to make sure we weren't having any difficulty. The product is great. Their customer service and John in particular sets the benchmark for all organizations! Thank you
