I am a seller of the HK Rugby 7s 2015 (Fri-Sun), I had tix for Fri and Sun. In short, on Wed Viagogo took my listing down w/out notifying me! I only found out when I checked the prices on the event myself! They then said they did that coz they're not sure if I can post the tickets to the buyer in time. I called CS coz I saw that others had a 'pick-up' option and they told me to put the tix on 'last min sale' which is non-existent on the site, after that CS told me 'sorry you just have to sell them urself'.

You can tell by the last time this app was updated (September 2014) that they are pro active with this app and concerned about fixing the issues with it, a good company and one you would want to hold onto your money after you sold a ticket. I'd give it 6 stars if it was available - not.

Viagogo is a beautiful and easy to use website. Right until you pay your hard earned money. Right after your money was transferred, only then and not before you make that big mistake, Viagogo tells you that you'll receive your tickets only three days before the show. And no money back policy. They don't refund if you are not ok with their crookie way of doing business. It is obvious that Viagogo should inform about the three days before a show policy. But you'll be surprised. There's not a single mention about this. Rooks! I am stuck. I spent a lot of money on a ticket to a show in another country. So I will have to buy plane tickets, hotel and everything... And if all goes wrong... Viagogog is not responsible for anything. Scam artist, I say. Never buy anything from Viagogo crooks. It's a scam. Thieves also would be a good name for Viagogo. A Fraud, A scam. A theft. Artists should take actions against Viagogo for messing up with their fans like this.

This tool works very well with the Galaxy S4. The sales alerts feature is very good. After the initial listings / sales sync it runs very well. It's a shame that there is not also an Ipad version.
