Not user friendly. Unable to cancel the failed order, but only seek to reorder. And can't multiple cancel orders. Need to cancel one at a time. Apps is only 'money' centric not customer friendly. But still have to use the apps due to time saving.

I just started to use your app for online purchase. Firstly, it will be good if we can scan a barcode, will be easier to add items to the shopping list. Also it will be good if we can sync multiple devices so we can update family members

Giant need to get a proper designer for their app. Need a total revamp imo. Hard to shop. No proper sorting of items. Looks cheap. No zoom viewing or details provided for items. The only good thing is Giant has lots more fresh food than other supermarket app. If they know how to capitalise on that fact but at the moment, a pain to shop. *Tried to place order but at checkout nothing happened even though I clicked place order. This not the first time I tried. Your app is broken and nothing is done to fix it.
