Color Shade is similar in spirit to applications such as Screen Filter and Flux, however it allows you to choose the intensity and color.
Launch the app, select the color, and activate the shade. The color and opacity can be adjusted after the shade has been launched by clicking on the notification.

This app wouldn't work. It would just crash my phone and make the screen disfunctional. I had to Uninstall it.
