Veyo Driver

Being a first time user. The app doesn't work like it should. It is compatible to my Samsung galaxy s6 and it takes up my battery when it tries to open or even when I try to print a document under my checklist items. The chat option does not work either. Very frustrating.

Overall

I am disabled customer with veyo. I love veyo from what i am hearing a lot of drivers seems to have issues with there veyo app even customers. Bugs with navigation canceling and making appointments even the customers with the same issues. Drivers seem to have problems using there app to help customers. No they did not evencomplained to me i asked them about it because i love there service and having your team fix the minor bugs and issues to help your drivers and it's customers. Keep doing what your doing.

Updates okay I just don't like that I can't see how far away the calls are coming from

This app works great. One thing that doesn't work so well is when you have to cancel a ride for a No Show. Sometimes you have to call the person twice before the app lets you cancel the ride. Other than that, it works great! Love it!

This up is working good more with Samsung than with iphone,especially to accept calls,but nowadays i observe that with Samsung i cannot see how far is call coming .anyone can tell me what is the reason?

New pay scale. What do people think. I have no idea where else to get feed back from anyone that works here. Here's what I get from it. Simply put it seems to be a pay cut for sure. A pay cut as well as making you drive more miles to make the same money. So even more of a pay cut when you add the extra gas in. I don't want to discuss the actual numbers because I don't know of that is okay to do. Of anyone has anywhere else that this can be discussed please let me know.

It was a good day until I decide to go to the Veyo company for a car inspection and Drug tests to be new driver . the thing is I've been waited for 25 minutes .and 4 people came after me get served and help for what they want. I don't know what kind of training the employee in side the company had .or maybe the supervisor and manager prefer them employee been disrespecting people . simply if Veyo had enough drivers just say it and don't waste the people time

Total ride is compatible with this phone, but Veyo is not. Same parent company, very typical. Android OS 7.0.. No more new devices for me!

Update caused phone to crash in the middle of a ride during the middle of the work day. App wouldn't load.

It sucks I have a new phone a Android and it's not compatible,having to use old technology just doesn't sit well with me

Tried to log in to finish my application had a notice there was an update tried to update nothing happens. Not happy wanting to get to work

Can't open the App now that they updated it and now I can't work!!!!

3rd rate APP and that is pushing the bar. App will freeze and require a complete uninstall/install issue. Poor GPS coordinates, App cannot update your location and will send you trips that are from your previous location from a distance of at least 40 miles away. Poor management, Regional Phoenix manager will try to tell you what calls you can take and not take and that is not what being an independent contractor is all about. Duplicate trips are dispatched. Not a seamless App. Veyo will update the App inside your phone without your knowledge. Spy ware. Network instability.

App does not work on both my new 2016 and old 2012 Samsung phones, neither work on my new LG tablet, how r we going to use it then?

Google Maps are a Beta Program and Fails sometimes and More than One Veyo Driver is often Dispatched for the same Rider, at the same Time

Yep, they are. They send out calls to drivers that have been previously cancelled by the passanger, they send multiple drivers for the same rider, they waste drivers time by making them stay on a call a specific amount of time, and all of that while not paying ANYTHING TO THE DRIVERS who were doing their jobs. If they send out duplicate calls, timed calls 15+ minutes away, or previously cancelled calls, the lease they could do is compensate the drivers with something.

I just upgraded my phone and was hoping to get on the road to make some $, but the veyo app won't work with this phone. HTC Bolt. Before the new phone, it seemed to work fine.

Veyo said to download the app to get started but it won't work on my new phone, not cool.
