Bowflex® TreadClimber® TC200 for Android
Response - The date is correct, your app clearly does not work....can't you see all of the bad reviews?? It's a shame as the machine rocks! Fix the app! This app will not sync! It would be nice if it actually worked! It still has the wrong date even though I have updated all of the information on the TreadClimber. It won't sync with my Gear Fit 2 which is disappointing as I use it for all of my workouts. I am a new customer....I have had my TreadClimber for less than a week. Love the machine....hate the app...please fix it!
it only synched once and then never again. app doesn't work at this point in time so don't waste your time!!
It syncs well to My Fitness Pal (only occasionally have to make a few tries). However I got a samsung Gearfit 2 to pair with my S7 Edge S- Health app which is a great Device. I would like to have the Bowflex Treadclimber workouts sync up to the S Health app. (s-health detects a stair, elliptical, treadmill workouts, but it records only half the calories the Bowflex says I burn). Yeah..not good. It synced only the first time I used it. From then on it couldn't find the treadclimber..disappointed..
I purchased a TC200 tread climber less than a year ago (3/16). I really believe I was ripped off. I have had nothing but problems with your "so called" Bluetooth functionality. I downloaded the TC200 app and installed it on my android phone. Paired your machine with the phone. Sync'd once and nothing but problems since. It will not maintain a Bluetooth connection during the duration of a workout. I cycle the machine off and on, Supposed to see "Welcome" or "XXXXX" for synchronization.. nothing. What kind of manufacturer has a Bluetooth transmitter that CANNOT MAINTAIN A CONSTANT CONNECTION WITH IT"S PAIRED DEVICE! This is the most worthless piece of GARBAGE I've ever purchased in my life and I've regretted forking up $3200 of my hard earned money. Either fix this issue or I will by to contact my state's AG (Attorney General's Office) to file a complaint.
No problem getting app to sync but when it does it logs every workout 2x. Exact same stats. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same results.
App sucks!!! Will not sync my workouts. It worked the first time but has not since.

I just started using my bowflex and when my workouts uploaded it used a 2015 date. How do I set a current date? This issue negates my usage with the fitness pal. HELP!
Ive followed the directions to the T and have a hard time syncing them. I thought it was just me but apparently it's an issue for many.
I just assembled my new treadclimber and came home from work to jump on for the first time. The treadclimber app loaded perfectly and I was pumped. Sadly, after working out the app wouldn't sync. I have emailed tech support and await a response
Cannot even connect to my treadclimber. Tried a couple dozen times. Argh! I see this is a real problem for everyone. Yes my machine is on and not in use, no it will still not sync!
In the beginning the app worked fairly well, had some issues with sync or the lack thereof, but then those seemed to clear up. Now it has taken one workout data and doubled it. There is no way I am told that I can delete this and my solution is to uninstall the app. Redo my profile on the TC-200, re-install the app and start from the very beginning losing all data record to date. Quite disappointing.
Just got it going today, downloaded app and it can't find the device? Go figure.
The ONLY way I can get machine to sync is to uninstall the app then reinstall. Otherwise it has never connected multiple days in a row. Paid $3000+ for a machine that doesn't adjust speeds itself. If you want "intervals" you have to create intervals by increasing & decreasing the speed yourself. What a joke! Completely useless. App also has NEVER communicated with MyFitnessPal even though that capability is something Bowflex brags about as a marketing ploy. Nice Bowflex. All you're paying for is the label.
Have been in contact with tech support and even tried again after recent update. Still says "No tread climber found"
When it does sync, it's still pretty useless. Bowflex makes some great equipment, not sure why they'd release such a weak app.
I have downloaded it twice and it still says it can't locate or sync with my tc200 which I have stood next to and even plugged into so I give up.
My phone first recognized it and then lost it for some reason. I can get the Bowflex to say synchronizing with a bunch of X's on the bottom and then my phone just has the little circle thing like its trying to connect and it just keeps going around in circles and does nothing. Tried shutting the machine on and off tried restarting my phone nothing seems to work. I even did what you told the other people to do nothing works.
It initially recognizes it but as of yet even after zeroing the console resetting the console I cannot get it to sync

Like everyone else I've downloaded it twice I've zeroed out all the numbers at the bottom and I tried to sync it and it refuses to sync. Sucks.
UPDATED FROM 1 star to 4: Brendan and David helped me reset my workout database by deleting workouts that had funky dates (must have got there during installation prior to setting up the machine date). That was the issue preventing sync and once those were deleted now sync is working. I need some more workouts and time with the app to really see how well I like the functionality but glad it is finally syncing! Prior review: Connected but sync wheel in app just spins. Prior to this had trouble even connecting. Many emails to app support for a month with long waits for responses and no value. Called customer service and they had me uninstall the app unplug the machine then start over from scratch. Result is apparent bluetooth connection but no sync in app.
Had a problem at first getting the app to sync. I reset the console on the TC200 and it will sync every time. The app is a great tool to keep your info as you progress in your walk on the TC200. I highly recommend this app if you like to see your progress in your fitness.

The App does not sync and their is only email support. I have sent pictures as ask and I'm still waiting. Don't be fooled.

Very frustrating! I had information on the phone from the first time I used the TC200 but would not connect after that. Consequently, loosing any and all data from my workouts by trying to reinstall the ap each time in an effort to connect the two.
