VetSource Self Service is a free tool for pet owners that allows you to request a refill, check the status of an order, or update the credit card on an existing order.

*** FEATURES ***

* Request a refill of an order or prescription. Enter an order or prescription number and a new order with the exact same items will be generated and shipped to the same address as the previous order. Use any credit card already on your account, just enter the last 4 digits.

* Check the status of an order. Know right away if your veterinarian approved your prescription, if the pharmacy filled your order, or if your order has shipped. Track your package too!

* Update the credit card on an order. If you have an autoship setup the credit card might have expired when placing the order. You can use this function to update the credit card on file so we can get your order filled and shipped right away!

No login is required, for security purposes the billing or shipping addresses cannot be changed.
