keeps crashing before it even opens on my s3. please help . I will rate 4 stars but have to request a refund before my 5 mins is up. I want this to work

Since my phone contacts come from the Google account, the only thing I actually need to back up is SMS. For that, Velkro appears to work well enough and exporting to Dropbox is convenient.
