UrbanTailor -Tailoring Service

Gave a blouse which took 1month to deliver with fitting issues.later on again 10-15days for alteration n guess still not fitted. I have to give it to local tailor spending extra bucks. N they have not refunded my money as well.

No way, I will never refer my friends. Two dress materials I gave for just stitching the sides, no designing, no cutting was involved. They picked up the materials and the reason for cancellation they gave is they cannot take Anarkali suits. I didn't ask them to design or cut anything, I just asked them to stitch the semi-stitched suit. What kind of service are you providing? Total waste of time downloading an useless app. Please return my dress materials. Order #ODR100103 and #ODR100099.

Firstly I like the concept of what you doing, truly appreciate it. Secondly the way you follow each step is really perfect. & Fitting wise it's just perfect, I agree some mistakes do happen for that you do free minor alteration & send back with neat finishing. I would like to suggest to other housewife or busy working women. Two thumbs up

Very worst service I ever experienced. I gave blouse for stitching to wear it on function but they didn't delivery blouse on time so I couldn't wear my favourite saree on function, worst customer care service they are very rude even on their mistakes. I wish I could give zero star . They didn't stitch properly and I told them to alter the blouse but they refused. !!Totally pathetic service!!

Gave my salwar for stitching, very bad stitching, wen asked for alteration they refused saying its more than 7 days.. The terms and conditions are not mentioned in the app but they ask you to check on website. Very silly it looks, why will any one read terms and conditions on the website when you have app in your phone and customer service ladies are pathetic they don't let you talk but just put down their points stubbornly. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.

With lots of what ifs I tried URBAN TAILORS. I should say they dint fail me. on time pick up & delivery, getting clear idea of what we exactly want and making hassel free alteration if anything need to be done. They did what they promised. Just sit back and relax. And yes the app need to be improved, smetimes it gets stuck, tats only one drawback. But then their service is 100% trustworthy.

Ordered on 29-07-2016, picked up the clothes on 30-07-2016... what about the delivery you stupids...? You should be delivered on 09-08-2016 and no communication about that.. your customer service sucks, waste of time.... if you are not fraud call back!

The service is good though the charges are a little overpriced. The fitting of the kurta is good. However one thing that would be great if you include the online payment option/payment by credit card.

I'm goin thru the whole process n clicking schedule pick up but its repeatedly saying that something went wrong on thr end n they will shortly get back.. I have been doing this from last one week.. I'm frustrated now n wanna give up this.

Wrong fitting, costly material wasted, even with reference dress, but not accepting mistake, no refund.

On scheduled date of delivery they informed me that it's delayed due to frequent power cuts. Ridiculous isn't?

But price is too high as compared to market even in boutique cost of stitching of dress material is 400(normal), your normat stitching rates starts at 625 , too costly, please take the reasonable with your delivery charge

Totally loved it...worth the money and hassle free process..received my first order just the way I wanted. Big time facility for a new mom.

Mind blowing service provided by you guys... really it's very affordable and it's reasonable as well... pick delivery everything was cool and I don't think no one has done tis kind of good service till yet. .....u guys rock.....will place my next order very soon☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺

Hello,I'm very disappointed with the way ur website is working and ur service, Recently I guess some 2months back i tried to book a pickup for stiching kept trying n trying on ur website but it kept showing some issues from side will try to rectify etc .ur customer service lady was supposed to get back in 2 days I'm still waiting for tht day to cm. I have these 2 gift vouchers of urs which I'm unable to redeem it expires on 31st Dec. I have sent u a mail but again no response. How do expect people to refer

They never come on time ,if u complain still it will be a diff time. U can't explain to the person who come to pick up. As he has no knowledge.

To create a new account I get an error saying mobile number is already registered. However if I go to forgot password I get another saying mobile number not registered. Like really ? If registration is such as issue how would the service be

Had to struggle with them for one month to get a normal alteration on a blouse. A 1 month old tailor would have done that. Accessing their customer service is next to impossible. And they simply do not provide refund. They keep saying that we will get it corrected. We also struggled to get back our own blouse which we had given for measurement comparison. Run by a bunch of morons. Really went through hell. Do not go for this. Your friendly neighbourhood tailor is far better

Very incompetent service. Their stitching is not great. In fact it is not even according the design. Had to send it in for alteration 3 times and finally got it done elsewhere. Extremely hard to get in touch with them as well. The delivery is always late.
