My Verizon Enterprise for Android
Please Note: Access to online functions will vary based on your assigned user role and customer type. Accessing Verizon Enterprise Center from a mobile device or tablet will not provide the same options as the desktop version.
As other real reviews have said this app is horrible for such a big company to make. It barely works and requires 3-4 steps just to see your usage. The fact that Verizon has their name of this is laughable. Time to go back to the drawing board.
Has so little capabilities that it's better to use the website on the phone.
Every other day I gotta reset the whole app, and my user ID is not correct and password is not correct I gotta try multiple times in order to get back in
Very limited use. Can't see data usage by device without jumping through hoops. No bill view or history. Have yet to see many of the screens shown in the preview. They don't exist.
Get an internal malfunction warning when trying to log in.

Why is it that online I can view usage details, but not through the app. I would like to see the availability of viewing usage details (list of numbers called/text) as I can online from a computer while using the app.
App needs to be able to view line data usage on the main screen without opening each line. So that the usage can be viewed as a list.
On a Galaxy S6 and cannot get the app to allow typing in the security description area after choosing a picture. There is no way to move forward to use this app. You have to log on through the desktop site to handle the verification and the. It works. I would like to have the option to see all the line details not just individual lines especially when trying to find out who is using the most data.
Cannot check current usage.

This application DOES NOT WORK. If you have over 10K lines, the numbers never appear in the account maintenance page and the search feature does not populate anything. The only feature that works is the log in page which I would prefer it didn't so I wouldn't waste my time logging in to see if they finally fixed the app after every update.
I was unable to order accessories from the app and it was certainly buggy when I used it on my Galaxy S5. Both the VZW mobile app and site have a ways to go.
This app is literally just a website viewer.

Buggy, useless, didn't zoom correctly, pretty much has ZERO features other than to forward you to a Verizon mini-site with an impossible to use and horribly implemented browser. An absolute embarrassment to Verizon. Whoever is in charge of this app, please fire them immediately...

Individual line usage not available. Data usage, even when looking at an individual line, reflects the entire population of lines combined.
Very limited use. Can't see data usage by device. Where's the "enterprise" in this tool? Have yet to see many of the screens shown in the preview. They don't exist.

Can't access numbers on any of my other subaccounts, which almost 98 percent of my lines are on so this is useless. Also very buggy.
Won't log in, has been this way since I installed a month ago. Come on Verizon...if you're going to put an app out there, at least be sure it works.

Hopefully it improves. At the moment you can't really do ANYTHING. Pretty much not worth the electrons at this point.

Significantly lacking features -- Can I make a new order? Can I change features or rate plans? Maybe I'm missing something... Anyway this is pretty much identical to the mobile site so unless your phone or tablet doesn't have a web browser, this app really serves zero purpose. The full desktop site in its latest rendition will not correctly render on my phone in Chrome. I manage hundreds of Verizon lines and love their service, but mobile support from big red for enterprise management is TERRIBLE.
