Pocket RFC for Android
Excellent, nice and useful app! How about to pay for it to remove the annoying ads?
I'd like to be able to download an archive of the RFCs and have the app find it on my phone.
Pinch to zoom is still not working in 1.4.11, i use redmi note 3 mobile set.i tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, still issue is same.
I would love to pay to remove ad

Horrible experience. Uninstalling within a minute. The zooming on Android doesn't support the pinching action. the deal breaker for me were 2 things: 1. Everyone you switch to another app and then come back, the app goes to the top page and one needs to scroll all the way back to your location. 2. No hyperlinks in the doc making navigation within an rfc real painful.
I was expecting something like Wikipedia. Font size is not suitable to read on mobile.
Very good for engineers.
Thanks Devs !
No pinch to zoom. Text flow same as browser. Font selection is mostly fixed width. Colours not customisable. I expected something like Google Books interface for RFC documents. This is barely better than my browser. The search function is very good though
Pinch to zoom is not there
Thanks, there are only a few people which read rfc's. Thanks for this particular tool, I have tried most of them but pocket RFC is the best. Offline reading, favourite RFC. Great!
Very useful to get the rfc documents on the go but the text is far too small to be readable.
Text zooming works, and I like the searchability of the RFC's, but if I download an archive of them, and unzip it to the directory where this app downloads them, the app can't find them! It only finds the stuff that *it* downloaded. Text does not look broken any more.
Love that this app exists. Issues loading "Latest" but otherwise fine

I enjoy reading RFCs with this thing

I've given it five stars to encourage the developers. However I would pay for it if the RFCs could be cached by the app and clicking on a page in the contents moved you to the clicked page.
There is no indexing. No sectioning or search option.. Just a basic text reader interface. Can improve a lot.
Since RFCs are so extensive it's desirable to have a search tool into the document.

1. Text scaling 2. Remember reading position after backgrounding or orientation change
The app was freezing up constantly. Had to uninstall.
Very slow... it takes 20 seconds to change the font, also it forgets it when u rotate the device.
Would like to see support for draft RFC's
awesome, really like it.
Realy great design adopting standard Holo language - it's nice to navigate through application. BUT! I have experienced a strange application's behaviour when looking through an RFC - strange flickering of screen. Well, maybe this is a problem of my Sony Xperia S.
No value for small screen devices

Great
Just a wonderful practical application, those who need this information can truly appreciate it, this is the first app in my several android years which i consider is worthy of some kind words, great job man, thanks
Simple, clean, and usable, which sets it apart from run-of-the-mill Android apps. Nice, but no in-document search, and no bookmarks or notes.
One feature I would Luke is an ability to mark something as having finished reading.
Great App. I do have some performance issues on my Nexus 7 with it now and then. Such as when changing colour schemes when a document is open. I'd also like to see the ability to add my own tags to rfcs so I can organize them for my reading purpose. Keyword-based linking would be cool too - then you could download an rfc you are interested in along with all document's it references.
Paid version on the roadmap? Would pay for ad-free version. For the earlier reviewer - I was able to find rfc 4271 with no problems. It took a minute to load, but no problems.
This app is exactly what I was looking for!
Text zooming works, and I like the searchability of the RFC's, but text could use some reflow help - zoomed text looks broken on my screen. Improve the readability, and this will be 5 stars easy.

Eeee, I've been wanting a way to read these on the go more easily! This is great! I can even move the app to an SD card!
