I actually really enjoy the band, as it's incredibly comfortable and sleek. The app itself is just fine, and other than a few connection issues, which are solved by leaving the app running in the background, everything works just fine. The one feature that I would really like added is the feature to add other apps so I can get notified of their messages as well. I have another band that does this, but due to the uncomfortable strap, I don't like to wear it. If this app had that feature, it would be far superior!

The app does everything is expect it too. The watch syncs every time I switch the Bluetooth on without any issues. I find the whole experience very satisfying and the watch is brilliant. However the app constantly runs in the background even after I click force stop it just restarts and every day it consumes more power than any other app and even the screen. The other day it used 57% of the charge. My phone is a pixel 2. Please could you fix this issue? Unfortunately for the time being I guess I will have to uninstall the app. Such a shame

I'm very happy with my watch and have been happy with the app until this morning... It's not connecting to my phone now and I wondered if it was because my daughter got a watch exactly the same as mine yesterday (because we were so impressed with mine!!) but now I'm wondering if it's because of the update! If it would sync okay, I'd definitely be giving 5* 14.1.18 UPDATE I restarted my phone and the app appears to be working again! I've given 4* as the graphs could be better - eg if I want to see the bpm / time I have to take a screen shot and zoom in as the numbers are so small! Great watch though, and a great app when it's working ????

So disappointed! A previous app update caused it to crash every time I tired to look at my sleep data or heart rate. The new update is even worse! Not only does it STILL crash - it has even lost all of my data for the last 3 days! Please fix these issues because the original app (before the updates) was great.

I've had my watch for months and it's been fine but lately the app will not open! It crashes every time so I have no way of accessing my details or anything. Not happy! UPDATE!! 16.01.2018 App is utterly useless! Still won't sync and crashes whenever opened. The watch still tracks but I cannot access anything! How long does it take to fix this! The customer service is utterly rubbish and I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone! FIX IT!

So basicly i used to have the app on my old phone a Huaweii p9lite, app worked perfectly. Then i changed my phone, now having an Samsung s8plus. When i try to open the app it just shut back off. Wont stay open not even for one second. Please do fix it ????????????

Was mostly working up until December 28th, 2017 when it updated to a new version. Now it crashes *every* time I start it. It will show that it is syncing, then will crash, any time from 5 seconds to about 30 seconds. Obviously they need to improve their quality assurance testing. Nexus 5x with Android 8.0.0 and the band is a ID107Plus HR. A couple of weeks later, a new version was released. Initially, I was happy, the crashing stopped. However, now it will periodically not connect to the fitness band. I turn off Bluetooth, turn it on, it's very frustrating.

The App is mostly fine. We have same tracker twice at home and had some issues synchronizing, but recently it got much better. Huge problem is GPS requirement. You can't sync data, you can't pair device without GPS! Why? It doesn't make any sense to require the information and makes me feel like I am being watched by someone. Is there really any need for the data at all?

The VeryFitPro app is totally useless. It will only sync once in a while and there is no way to view the old data when it does. I have to write down the readings on the device to a spreadsheet. The Google Fit app at least tracks and maps my activity by phone while walking with my phone. Please fix ASAP or give us access to an app that works.

Worked well until recently. (Edit: no longer crashes after updating OS. However, wont connect to device anymore since app update. Prrvious problem: "crashes constantly since most recent update, even in background", solved.) Five stars when it works, but right now is broken.

Keeps saying device disconnected and cannot experience the full use of this device due to it. I do not know how or if its even working. The actual watch counts and does what it should but app on other hand only allows to sync but no further information Shows. Very frustrating please fix this

NEW UPDATE AS OF 1/12/18 Nothing fixed! Still crashes app before sync. How long does it take to undo what the previous update screwed up? It worked GREAT up to that point! Please fix this so it works again. Loved the tracker and the app when it was working. As of now it was a waste of money because it crashes on every open. Would have expected a repair update by now.

I've had VeryFit Pro for a while and love it. Until the latest round of updates. It won't sync and I can't access the details long enough to look at the information. It keeps crashing out on me. My daughter also has one. She's saying the same thing. Please fix it as it was a great tool before this.

It's ok. It's incompatible with MyFitnessPal, if you wake up in the night to go to the toilet it stops recording sleep data (which I'm not convinced is accurate anyway), and now I can't sync without GPS being on which is completely unnecessary as I don't run or use route mapping on it. The watch is fine, the app is lacking.

Was fine last month, but the last few updates have either stopped it connecting to the watch or, with the latest 2.3.1 version it now runs in the background and drains my phone battery in about 8 hours. I can't even kill it with a task killer app. The watch is now a standalone device until the phone battery drain issues are fixed.

I must say that with the last update (2.3.1) finally battery drain, not connecting to my phone after the band got out of range and get range again and connecting (wrongly) to another band (that my wife has) finally we're fixed!!! Thkx!!! But now there is a new issue!!! Every time I try to sync with veryfitpro it asks to turn high precision GPS mode!!!! Past versions didn't need this and everything was synced fine!!!! Revert this please!!! Every time I want to sync I have to turn it on and then turn to GPS low precision mode again!!!!

***** Jan 14 2018... new update is not good ... Will not even let me open the app...pls fix...i love this app...do not want to have to switch watches and apps ..** Ihave had this watch for a month now. Was working great was very impressed with it and that I had made this decision. Now it keeps disconnecting and will not sync and I have it link to other apps and now the trackers are all off. Is this something that is going to be fixed soon???

Got the letsfit watch as Christmas present. Can't find ANY customer service help what-so-ever. Only tracks my sleep from around 11:30 although I go to sleep around 7:30. I apparently did over 20'000 steps yesterday whilst driving on the motorway at 56mph. There were no hold ups on there, so it wasn't like it tracked me whilst I was crawling. I also want to know if this model is waterproof, and to what extent, but as mentioned at the start, there is NO-ONE to ask.

Works well enough getting the data from the band. The motion to force sync (drag down from top) took a little guessing. The main problem I'm having is the app is burning battery even when it's should only talk to the band every now and then.

The app doesn't work. Got the runme watch last week, have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... Nothing. I only wanted it to track my steps but i can't even change the time of day so it's all off. Guess I'll be returning it.

I loved it before, but after this new update, the app crashes immediately upon attempting to sync with my watch (which is right away) I had my watch synced to a different time zone because I was on vacation so now it is stuck with the wrong time on it. Two updates ago I would recommend this product to anyone, now I absolutely can not. Please fix the crashing.

App can't load at all after last update. Just crashes immediately. Was decent before then.... Update: two new releases later and still can't get app to even open and load. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a piece of junk.

Not stable. When the device disconnects you have to reinstall the whole thing again. It seems to be more stable when you leave the location on your phone.....however I don't like to leave my location on all the time so can you please fix these bugs with a stable update!

It rarely records my sleep info. It tracks my heart rate at night, but not sleep. If it goes record and I have to get up at night it only records from when I go back to sleep.

The watch will not sync. It did for maybe a day and I have had for over a month. I have uninstalled and re installed the app and ut still did not work.This is a terrible product avoid at all cost

App now useless. Crashes when opened. Can't set goals etch if app won't open. Worked fine until 2 updates ago. Just a Watch now to tell the time really

Why do I have to give location access to sync? This is not something that has been required in the past and I'm not sure why it's now required. It wouldn't sync half the time before. This app is a headache.

Same problems everyone else is experiencing. Unable to sync data on the rare occasion the app finds my watch. Demands GPS tracking every time I open the app. Renders the watch useless except for as a time piece.

Unable to bind which is now rendering this watch useless. Please fix the glitch. Great product when the app allows me to bind. I have a Galaxy S7. Strangely enough, my husband's Galaxy S8+ allows the app to bind.

UPDATE 15.Jan.17. Latest update seems to have sorted the connection and sync loss for me. I can move out of range of my phone such that connection is lost but on returning to my phone connection is restored. App will run (no crashes) and will sync OK. Only if I'm out of contact with my phone for a long period of time will I have to Force Stop the App, Clear Cache and reopen it. Samsung S4 with Android 4.4.2.

Has gotten totally unstable. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Opens for a few seconds but closes by itself before getting to the home screen. UPDATE: Still doesn't work on my Android after latest update. Pretty much worthless.

Used this for almost a year and was good. But since last 2 updates the app doesn't stay open long enough to do anything and still not syncing so can't track anything anymore or change alarm or alerts. Now USELESS. Please mend it.

App worked fine until recently. They made updates and now the app closes as soon as you open it. I've force stopped it, still doesn't work. I've had my bracelet for several months now and I'm thinking of getting a new one, different brand, just to ditch this app. It's awful.

The app is terrible. It didn't sync for some days and now it kept shutting down when I tried to check on my stats. This is terrible. I hate to return stuff but looks like I have to now

Since update it will no longer track heart rate. Shuts itself off. Worked great before. Please undo your update or fix. It started working great again. This update (Jan) forces you to turn on location and no longer counts steps!

Have to admit that after a few teething issues with syncing device and an update which lost some data, all now appears fine again. Admittedly I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app and restart my phone a few times but fingers crossed.

This is a cool app, but I don't want to use my GPS and it seems to not like syncing if I don't have my GPS on. That's a problem especially because leaving bluetooth on sucks enough power as is.

Crash crash crash! Every single time your app crashes, send a report. Maybe one day it will be fixed. Now it demands GPS to be turned on, with no ability for the end user to utilize the data. So I just disabled the permissions like I have for everything else, since it also doesn't need access to my device contacts or content.

This app worked fine for a couple of days after I started using it, then it went badly wrong for over 2 weeks: it could not sync with my device, kept disconnecting. Since the recent update it is performing perfectly again.
