It's Up 2 Me

Its Up 2 Me is a tool that builds life skills for individuals to promote a healthy household environment and increases social participation. This App provides a centralised resource of service links, information, and step-by-step guides, Task Cards, Action Plans and other tools.

There are a number of modules which include Tenancy, Budget, Wellbeing, Employment, Cooking and Cleaning.

Its Up 2 Me provides users with the opportunity to build skills to become better connected with our community, have the opportunity to make real choices and participate in community activities, improving users wellbeing.

This App has been undertaken by the UnitingCare Wesley Bowden with funding provided by the Australian Government Department of Health, through the Central Adelaide and Hills’ Partners in Recovery CAHPIR and Southern Adelaide, Fleurieu, Kangaroo Island, Partners In Recovery.
