Everytime I try to log in and sync data it says invalid email or password and I just set up the account didn't forget the password that quick
I havent signed up, doesn't give me an option to, it keeps telling me to log in
I love it but cant log into my account anymore and cant get ahold of someone to help me
Can't get past VPN on app
Hello, I've been having issues with this app not letting some of my apps work. For example, Snapchat does not load when I have the VPN on. It's honestly getting annoying. I dont even know how to contact support to fix this. I'm on the verge of just uninstalling it and leaving the panel as it only even works on androids, iOS or windows and I only have my android phone but I have a Macbook in which isn't even an option to use for Smart panel. Please help. I honestly just want everything to work properly without me having to disconnect or even uninstall the app. Thanks.
I had the app but it keeps saying to put a pin, password, or pattern and I can't or I'll have to reset my phone and still haven't gotten any money from the app but I recommend this if you have a password or some type of security on your phone.

Three months dozens of emails and it's still not working! I have tried everything your "techs" have told me to try. If you can't get this working within another month I am going to look into a class action suit to get the money that I and many others earned before you screwed up the phone app.
Customer service used to be great with no problem with redemption. But for the past 4 months I have been unable to redeem and they don't even bother to respond to my emails. I have written at least 6 times. If they don't fix the issue of redemption, I would have to uninstall the application. I hope they bother to respond to this at least. Reply to your comment: I have reached to you several times using the correct email address registered to my account. I have used your site to contact you after logging into my account, so how can there be a mistake.
I already had this app then some how its magically gone and have to re download it then when I try to log in on the app it says its registered through a different user. I'm the different user though!
I have tried repeatedly to reach customer service regarding my account, but to no avail. My password is not working.. I reset the password and I still cannot login. When I try to sign in I get the message... "The email address and password did not match our records. Please try again." and your customer service email form is not working either. When I try to use it, I get the message... "Unfortunately something went wrong while sending, please try again."

Ive had this app for a while now and at first I really liked it. Who doesn't like free money. However, over the last seversl months I have been unable to redeem my rewards and have reached out to customer service half a dozen times and have never received any type of response.
Cannot stall on Android 7 Motorola phone? While trying to activate the app, I keep getting Unknown Error Type 1, Retry? Diagnostics are not good and there is no tech help info on the website, except for FAQ
So I read all the reviews but still was hard headed and tried it... it's junk .. plain old junk I can't even register it keeps giving me a screen that says use email and password you used to register with them but I never got a chance to register and even using my Google play info it doesn't work .... junk junk and more junk
Its junk does not work it will not accept my email account i type every thing in right app is a scam

It is crap! So I havr had this app for a while and the email I used got hacked. I now can't collect my rewards bc I can't get into my email. They can collect data from your phone but they can't change an email. It's bull for sure. Be careful to not get hacked so you don't loose your funds
After reading some of the other reviews I thought I should mention this: If you have ANY PROBLEMS with your account, such as problems logging into your account, or need to update your devices on your account, make sure you contact them immediately and they will help you resolve your issues. This app doesn't interfere with Wi-Fi signals or run down your battery. I've had it installed on several different devices for a very long time now and it doesn't interfere in anyway with anything. You should check on the second page of the app that reports are being sent in, as well as checking the first page to see if they are being sent in on a regular basis. If you are able to log into your account on the website you can check to see that your data being sent in from your devices has or has not been verified, meaning either they are receiving your data from your registered devices or they aren't. In order to earn rewards, all of this must be in order on your account. If you are unable to login to your personal email or your account with them, your rewards will still be there. Best of luck to all of you.
can not in in using my password not sure what the problem is, i can get on the website but not the apps on my tablet and phone

I had it installed for one day and everything worked fine. On the second day I couldn't get my internet browser or chrome browser to work. Kept telling me there was no connection, but other apps on my phone that require Internet were working just fine. I restarted my phone and reset my WiFi router and it still didn't work. Lastly I uninstalled this app and my browser was working again immediately afterwards. All this hassle isn't worth $5 a month. Plus I felt like I was being spied on- I was too nervous to even log into my bank account.
SCAM! I have only been with them for 2 months and they have already kicked me out of the program. When I contacted them why I couldn't redeem my rewards, they mentioned that they detected "technological changes" on my device and that I am no longer eligible to receive the rewards according to their terms of service. I have NOT changed anything on my phone so that is an obvious blatant lie!! And what's worse they didn't contact me to tell me about any change and that I wasn't eligible anymore, I had to contact them first to find out why their system wasn't allowing me to redeem my rewards. Earlier today, I emailed them to ask them to further explain what they mean by "technological changes" on my device and they said that the data they collected from my phone was not viable for usage. Sure...like I am going to believe you didn't use my data for anything. BEWARE OF COMPANY, THEY COLLECT YOUR PRIVATE DATA AND THEN BOOT YOU OUT OF THEIR PROGRAM AND DO NOT PAY YOU WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO!!!!
I tried to register and after I did so it tells me it's not valid I try to re-register and it doesn't allow me to. I cannot find any number to contact or any instruction...

I've been a member of Smart Panel for some time now, and recently went to the website, actually, yesterday and it said all my devices were installed. Then, I got an error msg when trying to retrieve my Rewards, and it said my Smartphone, Moto Z Force, did not have the app installed, when in fact it IS installed. So, i was forced to uninstall and reinstall it. Google Play says it's installed on my device, the Home page of Smart Panel says it's not installed. There's a bug in the system, because, it, the app, on my Smartphone will not stop from "Starting Up" and syncing data, when it was just "synced'. It continues to "Synce continuously without stopping. Yesterday, it was doing it for hours, until i finally has to uninstall, and again today reinstall, same thing, won't stop 'syncing", and it's preventing me to access my smartphone because it's syncing on the homepage constantly. I've emailed, Smart Panel, no response yet. Also why are there two of the same Smart Panel app on Google Play. Again, I had to uninstall it because my Smartphone was telling me "Suspicious Acticity, connect to another network".Please advise. Thank you.
